Don’t really have a name for it, but it’s what we call it. Has red, yellow, and green bell peppers, throw some potatoes on it. Add your seasoning to your liking and have at it boss. Cheese on top when it’s ready to be fished out. It’s legit good.

Try an orange Bell pepper.
Or if you're really adventurous, try a chocolate Bell pepper. You'll have to grow it, or find someone who does though.
Lose the cheese and add a base of saffron yellow rice, then I'm on board.
This board continues to amaze me with its variety. Wine experts, beer swillers, gourmet cooks, down home cooks, dessert aficionados and experts, both real and self-proclaimed in just about anything and everything. I love it!,
Down for trying new things. Not really a
rice guy, but I’ll try it next time my bro
For some **** reason it won’t let me quote you @AnotherDawg bro, but I have never heard of a choc bell pepper before. If you say it’s good, I’ll hit the google and see what it is.
I’m weak😂😂
I usually do, but the Kroger was out of the organic ones
Out of all the forums I frequent.. I must say this is one of my favorites... outside of the formatting
meant to quote you @donm bro in the above post by you
I love sausage and peppers. Just think you need some kinda carb to balance it out. If you've never had saffron rice, definitely give that a try. If it turns out you're just not a rice guy, then try couscous. Or else fall back on mashed potatoes or a warm baguette.
PS- @moos deserves credit for the chocolate pepper rec.
Love the idea from you and @moos bro ! Like I said, I’m down for trying new things.
thanks again bro’s
Hit it up @hintonweston__ bro. A little seasoning, potatoes, peppers, sausage, and you’re living good bro. Slow cook it all day in a pot... then come back and tell me it wasn’t legit.
My iron skillet special..
That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!!!
That was sort of a cheapshot, @donm Having to explain my expertise does not make me any less of an expert. 🤔
