Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Wishing someone a happy birthday on social media is not a sign of anything much at all. It’s being polite. Sort of like keeping him as a “friend” online is the same. I’m sure he has friends on the team, but 20 out of (how many players are on the roster - 100+?} does not mean he is “well liked”.
No doubt they all understand he had to do what he thought was in his best interests, but at the same time I bet the entire team unanimously thinks the following - “HE GONE”
And people wonder why he is behind the learning curve. Better start putting in the work Felicia or you may end up being the next Mitch Mustain.
And his tan sux...
Best post in a long time. Well done.
Fans tend to take this stuff way more seriously than the players. Players don’t really hold grudges like fans.
I’d be happy if Speed and Hunter transferred to another school at this point.
Those guys have pretty much been passed over pretty deep on the depth chart and it may be worth it for them to join him if they have a better chance at starting at OSU.
Id see it as a good thing for them if they can get playing time there.
20 out of 100 players wishing him happy birthday doesn’t show that he was “well liked,” it actually shows the opposite.
How embarrassing is it going to be if he ends up losing a head-to-head with Northwestern with Hunter Johnson their QB? Think about it, Johnson left Clemson cause he was afraid of Trevor Lawrence showing up.
I still stand by my prediction that Fields ends up the 4th best QB in the Little 10 behind Martinez, Patterson and Hunter Johnson....and ends up losing his starting job in year 2 with the Suckeyes. And that is NOT sour grapes talking, just good ol fashion truth.
Yawn.
In my opinion most of the guys on the team like Justin. It's the fans (myself included) that don't see behind the scenes. I was super salty when he first left but now I'm starting to get over it. We have our Qb and we should move on. As far as his performance, he will probably be successful at OSU. It is what it is at this point.
Justin Fields? Never heard of her.
Cuz need to put some moisturizer on those ashy knees.
Yall this thread is so gross. Hes a kid and hes spending spring break with his friends. Yall need to take a step back and realize this kid isnt a monster cause he doesnt play for the team you like anymore. He realized he couldn't beat fromm out and the best business decision for him wasn't in athens after all. He made a mistake at 18. Get over it and grow up.
Thanks, paw. Now I can sleep tonight without a light, not having to worry about him jumping out of my closet.
