Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Good good stuff. Thanks man.
Don’t know about wine or a lot of smoking techniques but if you want a great tasting steak ....marinate it in Dales for an hour or up to room temp, throw it on grill and season with McCormicks spicy steak seasoning. Flip it to a nice medium cook and then enjoy
Dales all the way
Lang is built outside of Nahunta. It's about 20 min from Waycross, 45 min from my house. Not a big place at all. Called on it once while working another job than I have now
My bad... Brunswick was the major city I was thinking of. Not sure where savannah came from. I figured it was small. Lang himself answers the phone when you call haha
Oh not trying to correct you JRT just giving a little more detail. The Savannah area also works. It's a small world. Lol. Its actually between Nahunta (small town) and Hobokin (an even smaller town, 1 red light). I didnt know their cookers were so popular.
it is a beautiful day here. low 70s, sunny, slight breeze. I cut the grass, blew out the garage and the porches, and now sitting the the back yard while my son plays with the two dogs. I have Waylon Jennings Pandora station playing with a glass of bourbon on ice. about to put the laptop up and watch them. another hour or so I'll light the kamado for lunch
love days like this
now to decide what to grill...
That's awesome. Diamond Dawgs vs LSU on SEC Channel if you're interested. We lost 1-0 on Fri, won 2-0 yesterday, and it's currently 0-0 in the 3rd.
Pharmdawg. That looks like The Deluxe R2D2 model grill.
Smoke chicken breast, then pull it, mix in barbeque sauce and simmer for a couple of hours.
boneless chicken thighs. tossed in a bag with some oil, adobo seasoning, and pappy seasoning. cooked raised indirect at around 260ish with a couple of chunks of pecan. then grilled raised direct at 375ish
