I just made the best wings I have ever had
so I am a HUGE fan of Sosu bourbon barrel aged sriracha. it is the bee's knees
so this is what I did
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sriracha
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
melt butter on low on the stove. add other ingredients and stir together. cook wings indirect until 155-160, remove, lightly toss in sauce, finish raised direct until wings are done. once off the grill toss in sauce one more time
I am the world's worst photographer but I'll add a couple of pictures. but ****, these were so good. sweet, some heat, just fantastic flavor
you should order some of their sauce and do the same thing. or use another srircha, won't be as good but still absolutely worth making

Just so happens that I live about 5 min from williams-Brice stadium! Good to have a Dawg fan so close
Nothing wrong with those pictures. Looks delicious!
Nice! I am in Cayce off 12th St
I will add these were cooked on a Kamado Joe, which is like a Big Green Egg style grill
Hot wings+grill marks=brilliance.
2 table spoon of gentlemen jack?
never thought about that but will try next time!
Those grills do great wings. Thanks for sharing!
