Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Georgia has reached out to Cincinnati Center Nysier Brooks.
he’s a dawg
We need him. I’d like to have a second PG and another big man in case Clax doesn’t return. Maybe I’m getting greedy.
Think if Claxton does come back and we potentially have two 1st rounders in 2020.
Or if claxton does go first this year and edwards goes first next, does this attract other big time players?
it will
a CB for Wheeler to UGA just came from Jerry Meyer
UGA just added a grad tranfer PG from Northeastern. Donnell Gresham Jr.
Experience in conference championship, ncaa tournament and in college basketball. A big win!
i’ll take it
It gives me special pleasure to see Gresham commit to the Dawgs. Although he likely starts, our bench will have strong players, and we should get some good news on the PG front soon.
a source close(r) to the program is “100% confident” on Claxton’s return
Get Wheeler in and Claxton back alone and this is starting to look mighty tasty:
PG: Gresham (Was hoping him coming in would be Kassius Robertson like even though that's not necessarily needed, but it likely won't be based off what I saw, so the next best hope is he's a smart ballhandler that can knock down an open 3 and pass well, doesn't need to be a top option)
SG: Edwards (The star one and done, hopefully he lives up to the hype because it is fun to watch his highlights)
SF: Walton (4* freshman, can shoot the ball and I believe he has length too)
PF: Hammonds (former 4* guy, hopefully he can make a leap forward)
C: Claxton (the raw NBA prospect, if he further refines himself I can really see him going around #20 in round 1 next year while this year is more along second round but could end up first)
Bench:
Wheeler: Likely to be at Georgia for at least 3 years if he comes in and the comps I've seen thrown around are nice (Chiozza, Frazier, smaller Harper). Probable starting PG after 19/20 if they turn out to be true.
Harris: Really came on late in the year, good 3/D roleplayer. Could actually start in a 3 guard lineup to start before giving away to one of the freshman.
Brown: If he can refine his shot fast enough, he could be a darkhorse for the starting 3 spot too sometime in the season.
Camara: Rumored to have grown to 6'8", great athlete and if he is 6'8" he's a SF/PF now.
Ngumezi: Has talent but he bothered the team and staff with his attitude supposedly so hopefully he's grown up.
Then you end up with just having spot minutes from Crump and Fagan. Maybe you grab a post transfer, but if the 6'8" rumors with Camara are true it might not be that big of a need.
If we land Wheeler, our class will be #6, tied with UNC. Let that sink in. Special years ahead.
