National Hydration Day

donmdonm ✭✭✭✭✭ Graduate

During the hot summer months, whether you believe in global warming or not, it's important to stay hydrated. Serious health problems can ensue w/o proper liquid intake. So, especially in the heat of the day, make sure to keep replenishing those vital bodily fluids.

Once the sun goes down, by all means, keep replenishing - even if the fluids change.

Water is a great invention - don't discount it.

Does beer count? Asking for a friend.

  • donmdonm ✭✭✭✭✭ Graduate

I think beer is mostly water so I'd count it especially after sundown. And sundown starts getting earlier and earlier now. What a break.

  • I just close my shades and pretend it's sundown. No complaints so far.........

    ….I'm thirsty !

FPD. kudos on the General Jack D. Ripper clip from Dr Strangelove. His delusional obsession with commies stealing our precious body fluids is an all time classic in satire.
