Id love if the class ended as...

    QB Beck

    RB Milton, Tank/Lloyd

    WR Rosemy, Robinson, Wren, Burton/Smith

    TE Gilbert, Washington

    OL Jones, Rateledge, Braun, SVP,

DT Carter, Burch, Brinson, Stack or Cowan/Walker)

    DT/NG - Burroughs (or T. Smith)

    ILB Sewell

    HYBRID LB Sherman

    DB Kimber, Ringo, A. Williams

    ST Zirkel

Last spot BAP at OL -> DB -> DL

    Lol, I like it!

Did they actually mention this on Dawg Nation Daily? Please tell me they didn't.

Forgot about Harris as he is not in the rankings due to reclass. Rather have Harris especially if he has to take summer classes to qualify and hence can be counted against 2021. He would then be an as well as rather than instead of. I still haven't given up on Johnson, Jarrett and Rogers in that order. The main point is there are a lot of "misses" needed before I take Smith.

BTW This is my first post on the Mock Thread that I made January.

Depending on how we finish I believe we need 5 WR, 3 TE, 1QB, 2 RB and 4 OL in 2020 (deduct any 2019 late signings if they have more than 1 year of eligibility left). Defense you have 10 for the front 5 whereas I would look for 1 or 2 OLB, 2 DT and 2 DE. We also need 2 ILB. I would only take 1 Safety and 1 Corner subject to 2019 and 2020 transfers (applies to other positions also). Best available would tempt me to tweak the numbers by 1 in some positions.

We added Pickens and Seither late to the 2019 class and I can't remember who else (help me here). That would make the class make-up 4 WR, 2 TE, 1 QB, 2 RB and 4 OL which seems that is where we are headed. I very much hope that we can add Burton/Jarrett, Gilbert and Washington, Milton and McClellan/Lloyd/Bigsby and SVP to complete the class. I do find myself thinking that Smith would be a great get for #2 WR not to finish a class which I rate sub-par at WR. It certainly isn't in the same league as Alabama 2017 class.

Historical post. I think that was from a TV interview at O'Hare en route to the Masters if I remember correctly. 😂

Told this morning 24. That maintains space back for 3rd DB. Names to keep in mind:

    Avantae Williams-probably first in line.

Ja’Qurious Conley (S)- miss on Williams he’d probably choose UGA. Recently received an offer.

Chris Thompson-hearing staff loves him but it looks too late here. Likely pursue into season but kid is going to Texas.

Brian Branch-Also likely too late but Warren is chipping away.

Dwight Mcglothern-really loves UGA. As there are two primary CB targets, he falls into BPA situation.

And now we wait for that one guy to declare that we can only take 23.

If we flip Dexter and pull Tim Smith and Burch I’ll be insufferable to any other cfb fan. If we can get one it’s realistic. If we get two of those I’d be happy. I could see Burroughs getting processed if Smith comes and Stackhouse has been flirting with everyone so he could take himself out of the equation anyway. I WOULD rather have Stack than Brinson though.

    Top possible WR’s.

Quentin Johnston Temple (Temple, TX) 6-4 / 180 according to 247 does not seem to have a big interest in anyone.

Leonard Manuel Vanguard (Ocala, FL) 6-4 / 200 a florida commit. I admit that right now I think it is going to be easy to flip any Florida commit.

Arian Smith Lakeland (Lakeland, FL) 6-1 / 170.

Arian Smith is the WR that has been referred to on previous posts.

I dont see Manual being a target for multiple reasons.

We were on him early and he choose uf.

He is a possession receiver which we already have two of in the class, two the staff put more effort into getting their commitment (should tell you some on how the board might fall).

Looks like Tae may be at risk of falling out of the top 50 on 247 if Rivals drops him too much

How do we have 6 DL graduating and are only looking to replace 5 DL in this class? meanwhile we only have 2 DBs graduating yet we are trying to take 3. the only way we don't have to replace 6 pass catchers next season is if D Rob and everyone ewith eligibility returns ( 0 transfers/ Early draft entrants).
