Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

It says "A remaining spot is available at the position at the time"
I stand corrected on that part
Joseph would count against the 85 cap though-right?
I think we have to replace 28-30 of the current 85 by the end of spring practice 2020.
We lose over 1/3 of our roster in one season?
Do you still have every player that has been on campus for 3 years declaring for the draft?
I think we will have kids transfer out after spring practice because they won't see the field. Not because they are going to the NFL after the 2019 season. READ.
Well capitalizing read doesn't seem very sweet.
Ok. I'll play along.
What 30 are leaving?
Yes but I see 16 seniors +6 early+4 or 5 Portal + 1 currently open so I think we will have 27-28 available. I see 23 added to 2020 class, plus Zirkel joining August 3rd 2020 (if that' when practice starts) and counting as 2021 plus maybe a transfer TE so that will still leave 2-3 open for Joseph
I'm from NW Cobb. Does it bother anyone else that we lost Fields(Harrison High), missed Myles Murphy(Hillgrove High), lost Harrison Bailey(Marietta High), apparently not recruiting BJ Ojulari(Marietta High) and maybe something going on w/ Arik Gilbert(Marietta High).
I know we should probably not even bring up Fields (board-melter) but the other 4? YES, I am sure Dawgs probably prefer Carson Beck anyway but don't even think he was on radar when Bailey committed to VOLS. YES, we might have higher rated targets than BJ Ojulari at OLB(which is already deep on UGA roster)I don't want to see Jeremy Pruitt nor anyone else make inroads into Cobb County but UGA needs to claim this area......
I realize individually there is good reasons for each (Murphy wanted to play in 4-3). Just collectively, not crazy about it.
I do have 38 POSSIBLE departures:
16 Seniors
11 Juniors on NFL Draft watch: (Fromm/Swift/Robertson/Thomas/Cleveland/Kindley/Herring/J Johnson/Rice/DJ Daniel/LeCounte)
3 RS Sophomores on NFL Draft watch: (Wilson/Stokes/Beal)
8 possible transfer candidates: T Blount/Bush/Ericson/ a Freshman ILB/C Smith/W Poole/Birini/Speed
There is no way that all of these guys leave, because some spots will open up for the transfer candidates once the above guys declare, but they could still leave after Spring Practice once they get beat out by the 2020 EE's.
Did anybody see the recent flood of CBs for Flowe to Clemson? Looks like 7 were made in the last week and now he's up to 67% Tigers.
WIWWUGAR?
Who are you cutting in the 2020 current class or prospects you would stop pursuing over BJ and Bailey (who we didnt lose) ?
Yes, full steam ahead for Sewell. If we miss, that room is still loaded and young. We will make up for it in 2021
Maybe we should be pushing for a guy like Donnell Harris a little harder. I think he will be a beast in our system after a redshirt year in our S/C program.
