Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

And why would we move a starting safety to starr in nickle and back to safety in base?
Not saying this hasn't been done before - just can't recall ever seeing it.
I'm certainly open to learning new things.
There was a lot said in your short paragraph.
Ringo will be our next Hines Ward - CB, WR, and eventually starting QB.
I agree Stevenson is battling Campbell right now but from what ive read with our DB schemes, is the zone coverage portion is what takes a bit longer for the guys to get down pat, see Campbell early in his career. (Stevenson has the man to man, but still learning the zone.)
This.
That’s was sarcasm. Ringo is gonna be Athen’s favorite player
With all these athletes we'll have running around on defense, I see a lot of Cover 1 in our future. That's a straight up NFL secondary
Start playing zero coverage. Stevenson moves to the top of that board. Kid plays on the hip pocket and turns better than most. Add the physicality, good night.
Pretty rough when a kid that hasn't even announced publicly has already lost his position. Next up, we'll be declaring HS sophomores as transfer portal candidates.
I would say the Db board and Tight ends are the biggest ? Left
DL. Burch isn’t done yet. Most important target on board imo. We got our tackles and we have our interior DT. We need the edge player. Burch is the most important player to secure as winning starts in the trenches.
Kirby wants his DBs to be able to play anywhere in the secondary from what I've read/heard. I don't know where these guys will ultimately end up and it doesn't really matter. I'm not the one making that decision and neither are you so what's the big deal.
I hope we don't sell them on being a corner and them move them to safety or vice versa.
s/ to that last part.
Again, just trying to understand where you are coming from on some of your posts.
Some are fairly matter of fact.
Not calling you out. Just trying to understand.
I'm absolutely not against learning something new. I actually welcome it.
Agreed on the importance of landing Burch. Do we have any idea about his commitment timeline?
