Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Solid points, we shall see on BJ although i feel LSU gets him
As a fan of High School Football in Georgia, it is special when players you have followed or watched for years Commit to the G! I try to catch a few playoff games each year at least and watch highlights on Friday night local news and get excited about some of these kids. I remember hearing about this kid rushing for 300 yards every week from Cedartown. He commits to the G and his first week against Clemson, he runs over their D without a helmet! Four years later, we all know he left his heart on the field every game.
Squilldawg and other high school fans, keep dreaming about the stars lining up and more times than not I think they will.
Reminds me of Deandre Walker. Walker came to UGA as a pass rushing specialist because he did not have enough lead in his pants. He was a great special teams player and situational pass rusher. He worked behind some really good OLBs at UGA and continued to learn the position. He continued to get bigger and better. As junior, he was our best pass rusher over Carter and Bellamy and by his senior year was probably the best defender on the team. His injury in the SEC Championship game completely changed that game. I see BJ developing much the same way and I like to keep those bloodlines flowing to UGA.

It is knocking on the door of 600K views. We are still 4.25 months away from the earliest that these young men can sign.
Give yourself a hand folks. We couldn't have done it without each and every one of you.
Can this thread get to 1,000,000? Hmm. Just might.
That is all. Carry on.
Can we get to a mili?
Rusty Mansell, on the 247Dawgcast: interviewed Gilbert at his HS. Asked him about position: Arik said he feels like he’s a WR. 🤷♂️
To be clear: not the actual interview(that’s probably a paid story )just Rusty talking about it.
There's something to be said for having some players who will be contributing as redshirt seniors and providing leadership.
Anyone seem @SoFL_Dawg today?
Sounds like he’ll end up not playing at UGA.
Wonder how quickly he’ll regret it when he’s running at 2nd team DE after being promised WR at UTjr.
Arik is certainly talented enough to play WR in college and therefore I will wish him the best. He should do what he will enjoy. That being said, his numbers don’t seem to foreshadow a lot of WR success in the NFL, so I hope he’s taking that into consideration heavily.
We both know they are taking all those guys if they all pick UGA. I trust that the staff will create the room. I'm more of the thinking that the 4th WR gets the axe.
I think he is having a life and paying the bills.
Reminds me.....I should probably do the same
My WR (3) are Rosemy, Wren and Burton.
What is the thinking behind Robinson not being a Dawg?
I think he flips to ND
