Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I was also struck by his teammates' excitement. Love to see the genuine love/joy of a teammate's success. (Assume its not that hyped if SVP-G isn't well-liked and respected). Even at top HS programs I assume being a take at a top SEC program (even if out-of-state) is a big deal that would be celebrated?
I think all teammates would be ecstatic for any school their teammate picks, even GA players rooting for a LSU commit. It’s a big deal to go to any top program in the nation, even if it’s not the home state school.
Again, I'm going with any number but 23 since we rarely sign the expected # or the hard #. Always seems to some other #.
ATM it seems that there are 14 guys vying for 9 spots.
Add:
Evans/Chaney/Loyd/Bigsby
Arian Smith
Washington
Theo/Large
Burch
Dexter/Walker
Sewell
Ringo
Ricks
Subtract:
Burroughs
There could be a late unexpected flip special that nobody could even fathom at this point
OR
A player that is unknown ATM but has a massive senior year and we go all in on him late but he only finishes as a high 3 star.
I have 7 more, 8 if we get Joseph.
I'm not sure if you should go to Vegas. Or maybe you should. I'm confused
Joseph will count against our total as we took his scholarship back in order to take Demetris Robertson
Last 7
247 score 322.1
Joseph was an initial in 2018 as was Robertson (2018/2019). The failure of Joseph to qualify freed up a scholarship for Robertson within the 85. In the 25 initials you can no longer replace that player.
Id be shocked if Cowan is in this class.
I can’t explain this feeling, can’t back it up with proof. I believe Arik Gilbert ends up signing with the DAWGS! I will eat crow if he doesn’t!
Id update your RB list to this order:
Evans / Lloyd / Chaney / A Johnson / Tank
After Miami goes 7-5 & if we do miss on Evans, then we would be all in on Chaney before Lloyd IMO
Darn right Ringo#1!
I will give out major props to you if you're right on the Burton call. You've been sticking to your guns on that one, but I'd still be shocked if it happens. (Side note, does "props" make me sound old?)
I'm not saying we'll get Ricks, but I think the odds are better for him than a couple of guys on your list.
Just trying to be conservative; will glad to get Ricks, Burch and Flowe all of whom we stand a good chance of getting. I'd rather exceed expectations than not. For instance I would rather predict 322 and get 327 than predict 332 and get 327. Same result different feel.
