Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Peep who likes this 👀👀👀
Gilbert not quite out of it?
Guys, I am watching the Corky Kell Classic - Marietta vs Rome and Arik Gilbert is EATING - he’s sooooo impressive and he looks like a transformer. He is 9 catches for 205yds and at least 2 TD.
If he wants to play receiver, let him. He can be a move TE like Mike Gesicki(Penn State)
Straight Freak.
A good recruiter never closes a door when he doesn't have to. Even if our current TE class is supposedly locked up; you never know what the future holds.
It's usually phrased as the team isn't going to pull the scholly offer, because that would be bad and leads to recruits not wanting to commit to you in the future. What happens is they show the kid the depth chart, infer that it's going to be very tough for the kid to see the field here, and encourage him to look around.
One thing our staff also seems to do is they help the kid land at another good school in order to ease the hard feelings.
Think about it like this:
if you are dating a girl and you talk all of the time, everything may seem great.
but, at some point she doesn’t call or answer when you call very often.
You start hearing that she’s on dates with other guys or talking to them way more often.
You get the hint or “flip” to another option.
This is how most commits would be “processed”
I bet we get a recruit over the next week to start building fan momentum and “rally the troops” with excitement (no inside info, just guess)
I bet it is Zach Evans. @SoFL_Dawg hinted a few weeks back that a 20 Commit would announce, then 21 and then a HUGE 20 come end of August.
🐶🦴🐶🤫
That they commit - yes. Sequence they commit - nah.
I tend to agree. The CBs usually start rolling in a few days before the big commitment. I think he was going to commit on Wed but a TAMU twitter account stole his thunder. I'm thinking just before Labor Day.
I hope it’s Sunday. FU may win and it would help negate any positive vibes coming from beating Miami, and if they lose it’ll be like rubbing salt in the wound 😈
For those discussing "processing" a commit... if you're old enough to remember, we "processed" a recruit from Carver Columbus and was banned by their head coach. Who was that head coach you might ask? One Coach Dell McGee. Our staff has been on both sides and know how to handle the situation.
I'm just waiting for that Dexter salt to rub in the wound. I'm thinking the first week of November.
While it’s fun to rub the Gators noses in it, we really are starting to become obsessed with it as a fanbase.
:)
Bama just filled their RB needs🤔🤨
Come on home Evans🐶🐶
