Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

The NCAA is so inconsistent in every decision they make. They are also not transparent at all. Nuts
The criteria this year was is were you named or have you ever gone by the name of "Luke Ford". After a comprehensive 5 month investigation, and although Aubrey has at one time seen 10 minutes of the movie Cool Hand Luke and had at one time been picked up in his car pool by someone driving a Ford, that was not enough evidence to suggest that he was in fact "Luke Ford".
Can't wait to see Trey Hill pancake him in Knoxville
Makes sense
I do. Processes need to be fair. Lack of fairness is a gateway for bad things to happen.
Just looked over at the 247 Vols board. Those folks were so da** excited you'd think they just won the SEC!!
All they could reply was some variation of Boom... n all that over a middle of the road 5* kid that never did a huge amount up north!! Hope he does good being a Ga boy
I think @BigDawgEatin was referring to Solomon’s ability to stem the tidal wave of doom the Dawgs are sure to unleash on the Vols in October, not the NCAA process.
Yezzz sir🐶
Good! One less scholarship the Vols can use on a productive player.
Solomon is a good player. I really wanted him--both times, as did Kirby. We really should have gotten both Brown and Solomon. Why they want to leave the state when they could have been keys to bringing home the Natty for three years running is puzzling, but I guess go-kart rides can sway a kid's mind. I wonder what Pruitt told him? What might have been...the four worst words.
Pruitt is going to have a good team, although he may still be building this year. I am beginning to believe the Vols could be number two in the SECE and our biggest challenge in '19, especially after watching the Week 0 battle for Orlando.
I see them improving some this year, but the Vols will be a much better team in 2020 and will easily be number two in the sece. But, number two is a steep drop off from one.
Agree we shouldn't have trouble with them, but they kept our game closer than I wanted to see last year. We also travel to Knoxville this year. Having the off week after a big ND game is good, and having the GWOG should help, too. Maybe a Cade Mays vs. Aubrey Solomon matchup would be appropriate!
Our Solomon is better than their Solomon.
Our Solomon is wiser that their Solomon.
Our Solomon picked the better University and did so the first time.
