Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Rich program problems. Miss on one 5 star, backfill with an equally talented 5 star, at same position. We’re splitting hairs here. 2 is better than 1 in this scenario.
Having that elite speed is definitely needed. We have some great young talent and having rosemy in the class is a huge boost, but having someone that can take the top off and or walk away from defenders is much needed.
I am absolutely fine on missing Gilbert and landing Washington. Washington seems to be a very coachable young man with elite athleticism for the position.
I am not so sure we land Theo along with him as the distance could be more of an issue. Regardless of, Washington and another under the radar athletic TE that can block would a welcome addition.
I think the comparison to Jimmy Graham is spot on. The athleticism to Kellen Winslow Jr is there as well.
I know Kasey already cleared it up but all those guys commited before Richt was fired... Most before the final season even started.
I think that Wren actually has a leg up on Hardman since he is playing primarily on offense in highschool. He understands the concepts, the offensive mentality as well as knowing what his position will be on the next level. I am certain that Wren will be working on his receiving skills in preparation to coming on board.
I'm excited about him as we have had small fast guys from Isiah McKenzie to Hardman and now Wren. It is extremely important that we have someone that can take it to the house on any touch.
Hardman was a QB in HS, not so sure how a Wingback has the leg up here
Hardman had the listing of a QB, but was a running QB for sure. Hardman also didn't know what position he was going to play and was in fact recruited by Pruitt to be a CB. Knowing what your position is and being able to focus on that can and should give you a leg up.
Point made, both played “running back” in HS, so there is no leg up here. Just knowing your future changed position doesn’t necessarily give you a leg up.
Now Wren will have the benefit of playing his future position of WR immediately once he arrives on campus.
Wren has Smith speed. Not as polished but the unteachable speed is present. He has Mecole speed.
What are the chances that both Ratledge and Rosemy land their 5 stars?
@JeffSentell ?
I’m no Sentell but it seems those two are the closest to getting them. I was hoping Kimber would but he’ll be high 4*
i have to think someone pops prior to Saturday night to build momentum for season. Who does everyone think it will be??
i am going with R-I-N-G-O
Perhaps, I'm still going with Evans as the next to commit.
I am thinking Washington given the CB movement Monday and yesterday.
