Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

DW allows us to not worry about our TE blocking....dudes basically a 3rd tackle. But he’s also a weapon as a matchup nightmare on a S or ILB. Really need him.
I didn't know DW was known for his blocking?
I thought he was a bigger AG but a less polished route runner.
Would disagree with that but hopefully he’s a blocking upgrade.
DW=Leonard Pope TJ=Travis Kelce
Day after Early Signing Day
Are we realistically still in the fight for Evans (either by ours or his choice)?
Do we anticipate Burch taking an official visit? Sorry if this has been discussed.
he officialed for the USC game
Until he signs, yes. He is still a priority target if not the priority target at the position. I don’t think Evans knows what Evans is going to do at this point.
I don’t see being able to take a second QB and Evans though so we’ll see how it shakes out.
Jeff said the usc game he showed up on an unofficial
December was last I heard but yes. Also hearing he could be at game this weekend which I’d assume will be an unofficial. That recent chatter is that LSU is now in the mix as well.
On record though, I think we’ve done enough and will secure his commitment.
@CZCashvilleDawg and @SoFL_Dawg y’all are just about the only ones (along with @JeffSentell) that I “go to” on these matters. As @JeffSentell is a bit more tied to his journalistic standards, and the codes of conduct that job entails, I’ll spare asking him. But I am asking both of y’all, does #1 rated SDE Jordan Burch “commit to the good guys” on that day in mid December (in y’all’s opinion) will he become a DAWG??? Thanks in advance for your answers, and GO DAWGS!!!!
I want TJ and DW, a combo I've had strong feelings about for some time now.
Guys, I just don't know if I truly see it happening for several reasons, all of which are just conjecture with nothing to back them up.
Those two together take that TE room to ridiculous places, and the pitch of Hartley and our O just not having guys like them on the team is real. We don't have a DW on this team...Who does for that matter?
TJ is fast and athletic walks into Athens immediately contesting for a spot and I say that as a big fan of Seither.
Two freaks IMO. TJ and DW are just two freaks and I really, really want them both.
