Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I can’t see Burch not picking the dawgs. He’s taken a lot of visits to UGA this year and he sees guys that are his level of talent like N Smith and T Walker balling as freshmen makes me feel he will pick us even more!
I just don’t want to ever have a recruitment like his again because it’s been exhausting. I work very closely with SC high school recruiting, and this has been a marathon lol. My sources down in Columbia are going to stop picking up the phone.
But no, I don’t think he’s going to Clemson. The staff tried everything, but I just don’t think he likes Clemson as much as some believe. My best guess with how this stands right now:
1) UGA
2) LSU
3) CU
4) USC
5) Bama
LSU has done an excellent job winning over his mom. They’re in a good place. But an OV to UGA will be a game changer imo. I think people nationally will finally start to see what’s been said over here for months.
As far as DW comps, is he the answer to the question: what would have happened if LeBron played football in college?
Maybe I should say he has the body to be a tackle and devils into a good blocker more so than current TEs we have.
Man! I cannot wait to see Bo in red and black! /s
Probably not. DW is a little stiff. TJ would be the best comparison to fluid athlete like Lebron.
Leonard Pope is a great player comparison imo. Seahawks version of Jimmy Graham (more physical) id like for TJ. Both nightmares
Sentell's version ^^ of, "So, there!"
@SoFL_Dawg you mentioned something in the Film Study about NT which got me thinking about potentially replacing Jordan Davis. I know he's just a Soph, but it's not a position you can expect a freshman to come in and play well. Maybe the right guy wasn't in this class, but what are we doing to fill this need in recruiting. This might be a 2021 question, but hey, at least I moved it to a recruiting thread. 😉
Hopefully Tymon Mitchell develops and Warren Brinson can play nose and seems to be heading in the right direction.
Completely forgot about Tymon. Thanks.
We seem to have taken the approach that we'll beef up athletes as opposed to slim them down like we did with JD and that made me think we were missing a needed position.
Watching Brinson on tv makes me 100xs more excited to have the kid next season. He was the biggest kid on the field and that was definitely unexpected before actually watching him. He also flew to the ball and was double teamed the whole game.
imagine him and Jalen Carter and Jordan Burch...mouthwatering to say the least
With Nolan smith and Travon Walker, it’s gonna be bad days for qbs when they play us
You remember when Pope ran over Jason Allen against Tennessee back in 05? I was 12 years old when that happened and that was one of the most gruesome injuries I’ve ever seen.
