Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Jeff has already addressed this
Why would you say it has been addressed without saying how it has been addressed? Is it fun getting the follow up question?
I found it interesting that Rosemy and Smith both said that UGA receivers inability to catch in the SECCG are what pushed at least Smith over the top with UGA.
Something that I thought was going to hurt us in recruiting helped us sign probably the best crop of WR in my lifetime. So I guess it is always darkest before the dawn.
Isn’t the Hunt more fun than buying the deer head at the store?
also I thought mentioning Jeff would send people to Jeff’s intel thread where the explanation is literally the most recent post at the time of my post. Guess not
This is exactly what I had hoped would happen with elite playmakers coming out of HS - If you're a star and you're the guy who wants the ball late in the 4th Q you have a spot on the team and you WILL play football as a freshman.
Just repeated instances of good offensive play calling with no execution by the players on the field.
How many times did we get drops in critical times?
The single best ball Fromm's ever thrown (IMO) was that ball to TS against ND. Fromm throwing on the run and puts a dart in Tyler's hands and he drops it.
If I'm a Rosemy or Arian Smith I see that and realize a few catches here, a few 3rd down conversions there, 20 yard gain here and UGA is potentially playing in the CFP.
Your trying to argue before you read his whole post. He said that’s possible on number 3. Stop being evil 😂
St.upid question, but it’s been bugging me a while and I can’t figure it out. What is (a) BPA? I’ve seen it several time but can’t figure out with context clues.
Best player available
if I was a receiver looking for early playing time at a big time program UGA is it. After Pickens these guys have no serious competition for 2020.
Zach Evans - 81% UGA on the Crystal Ball Picks
(Wiltfong flipped / Rusty still for LSU / Kipp UGA)
Dontae Manning now at 92% to Oregon but no CBs tallied by the UGA staffers 🤔
He did sign a LOI with his desired school on Dec. 18 during the early period.
Jeff discusses in the intel thread
To counter your argument....
Say UGA insiders k ow something. Why wouldn’t they CB to UGA then? Why leave blank?
They are putting in CBs for other UGA targets that aren’t announcing yet so it isn’t a courtesy to keep from ruining anything. Highly doubt Manning is coming to UGA. Boy would I love to eat crow though.
I doubt he is as well (see a page back haha) but really just having some fun here.
Was going with, the UGA insiders havnt made picks yet because they truly dont know either.
As a moderator, customer service and the ability to treat people with decency should go with the responsibility. Not everyone who comes to the site reads it 24/7, so some decency and respect in helping out a person when they ask a question is warranted, especially from a mod.
OK. If Zirkel is a blue shirt (they say he is) and we lose Jones (I think we do unfortunately) and we don’t get Burch....then this is a fun mock class I think.
If the above happens it shows we have room for the following NSD additions and will still be at 23 + Zirkel (Blue shirt): Evans, Washington, SVP, McKinley Jackson, Ringo, Manning, and Burch/Clowney (If hes gonna qualify), or random BPA.
QB - Beck
* RB - Evans (NSD)
RB - Milton
* TE - Washington (NSD)
WR - Rosemy
WR - Burton
WR - Smith
WR - Robinson
OL - Ratledge
* OL - SVP (NSD)
OL - Lindberg
OL - Blaske
OL - Willock
* DE - Demon Clowney (NSD) Qualifying Issues. This is the spot that’s gonna be reserved for Burch or BPA otherwise. We have flexibility.
DT - Carter
DT - Brinson
DT - Stackhouse
* NT - Jackson (NSD)
LB - Sherman
* DB - Ringo (NSD)
DB - Kimber
DB - Burns
* DB - Manning (NSD)
K - Zirkel (BS)
I would argue that the same standard should be held to our posters, but that’s not always the case. And the mods aren’t paid, so I don’t think they should be held to a different or higher standard than the rest of us. Nor did I find anything he said offensive, as the first smart ass post was by the person he replied to, not him. I think anyone who visits this site should be familiar with Jeff’s thread, and anyone interested in recruiting should be up to date on it as he’s the best source we’ve got.
