Supposedly Lowrance is also coming out with a live imaging system before long as well.. Who knows.
@AnotherDawg I did, but figured you forgot to add the good natured “/s” at the end so I let it slide. ;). I apologize for that.
But let me sincerely thank you now for your compliment, it means a great deal. The only writing I do is here, in long-winded emails, ill-fitting songs that don’t go past my Bride’s ears and in reports where I try to relate the stories I find in the data I analyze.
Fishing, and moments where I’m connected with a beautiful creation like that red in a place I cherish fuels me. Knowing that I was able to convey that in a manner that others, especially one such as yourself, could appreciate makes that experience and memory even better, now.
Thanks for taking the time - twice - to let me know.
Heck, even this little follow up has voice and style and poetry to it. I would encourage you to do some writing, if you can find the time. Even if it's just a journal. You have a gift. (No sarc. 100% serious.)
Either way, God bless, and keep on fishin'.
You're too kind @AnotherDawg - may have to try and do that.
Might need a mentor if I do ;^).
I agree. Dems sum good werds for shure. I'm rilly not gud at ritin'
But for real. You definitely have a talent.
LOL! Trust me, Brady, I'm a big fan of yours too, for a lot of reasons.
😁😁😁 you're a good man. Idc what they say about you.
LiveSight has been out. www.bbcboards.net
Youre right . I've even watched youtube videos on it. Idk what I was thinking. Lol
My daughter and I back in April on Lake Russell we hammered the spotted bass this day
I've caught several 3+ lb spots over the past few weeks on West Point. Spots are almost as mean as smallies, not quite, but close. They're scrappy fish!
Love catching them big spots!!
I'll add to the Dad & Daughter theme we've got going...
A day or two before the pic below was taken my daughter said "I can't imagine living a fishing lifestyle like you and Mom, do." Boy, did I laugh (my dream). My wife cringed (her nightmare). But, she said she wanted to catch her first real saltwater fish before we left for home; that the pinfish she reeled in after her Grandfather cast, hooked and then handed her the rod didn't count, so "Set me up."
We got her rigged, but the bait stealers were out in force that afternoon, many a chunk of shrimp lost the second the cork hit the water. But, she kept at it - a welcome change of pace - and she was rewarded with this nice little trout. Surprisingly, she wanted to keep on going after she released it. And on her next cast, she caught a puffer - had fun scratching its belly to make it expand. The cast after that, a pinfish, to which she announced, "Just a bunch of trash fish here now. I'm done." Said like a true fishing lifestyle living young lady. I was so proud. Her Mom cringed. ;^)
Ty Sir! You are correct. I looked at the Lowrance product, but really like the Humminbird and Garmin product more. Likely will go with 360 since I already have 2 Helix 9's, but I do like the Garmin product, all three are roughly 3 - 4 thousand bucks.
One of the best fightN' and eatN' saltwater fish:
