Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I’m sure he was referring to regular season.
👍!!
If not, who cares? I'm more interested in when K Jansen gets back. Also, Anderson is sorta/kinda the weakest link in our starters. Hope he can pick up his game a bit in the second half.
He pitched a gem today!
Yeah, he said first in career but I'm sure he meant regular as well.
I think that the author of this tweet meant to say “even if the Mets” turn it around…
GO BRAVES!!!
Picked up the ghost of Robinson Cano for cash. Low risk move, likely won't work, but his numbers since being back in Triple A are pretty dang good.
Probably just hoping he can provide more pop than Gosselin. Hopefully Ozzie will be back late July or early August. Worth trying for a few weeks as a player off the bench and to split time with Arcia.
Big game tonight! First of three against those "those lousy, stinkin' Mets"
Max (Fried) v. Max (Scherzer).
Should be epic.
Braves have beaten Scherzer nine times and the most that any other team has beaten him is six!
I like our chances!
Go Braves!
Well, all is well with the world and order has been restored!
Braves win 4-1 over “those lousy, stinkin’ Mets” and are, again, only 1.5 games back with a chance to take the series tomorrow with Charlie Morton pitching!
Go Braves!
Braves with a win last night! Still 2.5 back of "those lousy, stinkin' Mets" !
Kyle Wright got his 11th win yesterday, tied for the NL lead for wins and STILL not on the All-star lineup!
And don't even get me started about Austin Riley.......!
Go ahead and mark me off topic! Was watching the Derby pre game and Chris Burman was brought out. Sad, he used to be an institution now he needs to be in one.
Don't get me started. For me Western Civilization started to rapidly decline with the ascension of ESPN and their talking heads trying to be cute and invent new phrases or new, obscure facts/records. Or was it when MTV got popular?
For me the problem was the people who were really good at it (Chris Berman, Dan Patrick, Keith Olbermann) paved the way for those who are not (anyone on sportscenter now).
I haven’t watched any ESPN program outside of Gameday in years. Just seems a waste of time at this point when I can just watch games I’m interested in and look up specific articles for anything else.
