Seven in a row! Love these win streaks!
Everybody else lost….gotta love it!
Go Braves!
Strider back to his old tricks + timely hitting + lots of fun.
The Atlanta Braves are kicking you know what!!! Ask the Philadelphia Phillies!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The good guys took two out of three from the division leading Reds!
What a great three games…all close all nail-biters!
So that’s two series won against the division leading D-Backs and the division leading Reds!
Gotta love the way these Braves are playing right now! I really like our chances!
Second best record in the Major Leagues……without two of our front line pitchers!
Go Braves!
Just enough timely hitting to make up for less than stellar efforts from the bullpen. When we get Fried back and if we can get more consistent in the pen, lights out!!
That was a tremendous series against the Reds and a fantastic weekend for Baseball in general. The Cubs vs.Cardinals in London and that shellacking the Angels put on Colorado on Saturday. 25-1? Are you kidding me?
In case you missed it, the Angel's scored 13 runs in third inning that included back-to back-to back home runs plus 10 more runs after two were out.
How did the Angels do that...and lose the series?
I once went 3 for 4 in a little league game - never made the majors, though. Baseball is a strange game. Look at UF scoring 24 in the game after they only scored a couple or was it a few? Stuff happens.
Frank might need daily checkups from the doctor. It's only gone downhill since this tweet. Mets are getting close to 20 back.
A good sign for the Bravos? Strider kept his pitch count down quite well tonight. Hope he can keep that up.
Well, the Braves are only 1.5 games behind the Rays for the best record in the major leagues!
And they are 16 games ahead of those “lousy, stinking Mets “!!
The NY Mets are the MLB equivalent of those lousy stinking Gators!!!
Tebo and Alenso included!
I was wondering where this Braves club ranked all time vs. other Braves clubs for home runs hit in a single season. I had to look this up.
We are on target to hit around 280 hr's. We should easily eclipse the franchise record of 235 set in 2003.
In addition, if we go on to hit 280 hr's, that would break the 2019 Dodgers record of 279.
As for the Major league record, that spot is held by the twins with a close second by the Yankees, 307 and 306 respectively. Also set in 2019.
Great information!
I thiought we were having a pretty good year...... and without Fried, Wright, Harris , D'Arnaud, now Chavez , and the list goes on, for part of the year
Getting folks back....Harris has added 100 points to his batting average since June 6th, D'Arnaud is just a wrecking machine at the plate and behind it
and look at Arcia and Ozuna what they have done ,OMG!
And then there's those fellas Acuna, Olson, Riley and Albies..... and the pitchers-Strider, Elder, Morton
Man, I would not want to face these Braves right now.!!!
