My questions for my fellow Dawgs. In the opener, who will lead the offense in receptions and who will lead the defense in tackles? A lot of picks on both sides of the ball. Will it be Lovette, Bell, Delp or maybe a surprise out of the backfield. Will it be Starks, Aguerno, Allen? What do you say?

I say Lovett will lead in receiving and Aguero will lead in tackles.
Great choices!
I’m going with Delp (who is a Bowers clone and Beck likes throwing to him) and CJ Allen who is simply a beast and reminds me of Roquan!
Seven more days…..simply can’t wait!
Go Dawgs! Clempson still sux!
I've thought for a long time that Oscar Delp will be great for the Dawgs. On defense, I'd almost rather not have a single stand out. The story early season will be if Malaki Starks is unhindered and if Mykel Williams comes into his own.
Dillon Bell and CJ Allen
I agree with Bell and Allen
Honestly, I’m betting on Lovette leading in receptions. He’s got that playmaker vibe and always seems to get open. For defense, I’d go with Starks—he’s been a monster out there and just has a knack for being in the right spot. But you never know, someone could definitely step up and surprise us!
Cole Speer with receptions and Justin Williams with tackles. This game will be in the bag by halftime — Clemson just gonna give up trying to chase down Speer and Williams is going to play a ton of snaps in mop up duty and just erase people.
😂😂😂
I hope that’s true. But realistically I’m guessing Lovett on catch yards and cj Allen in tackles
London Humphries is the x-factor here. McConkey type route runners, crisp and quick. Beck can throw to a spot and Humphries will be there. I'm sure he will make 2 or 3 important catches Saturday..
this
bell and Allen. Also Think Frazier is going to have a wow moment (my god a freshman type) and starks will have a pick or two as well when Clemson gets desperate. I think they will try to pound against our d line early since we seem to be thin there. That does scare me a little for the season not necessarily for this game.
One of leading Boosters for the Clemson Tigers was quoted, I am paraphrasing here, " I just want the UGA game to be competitive, a blowout would require major changes! But never had I wanted players on the other side, to receive 1 game suspensions, but that would level the playing field, then it comes down to coaching and Georgia has the advantage in that area"
Probably accurate, but to communicate it to the public reeks of desperation or should I say, typical of a Clemson fan! They might need a check with reality, with FSU running a high school offense, they are seeing their opportunity to be relevant again, slip away with an embarrassing defeat to Georgia!
I still think it will be an entertaining game, but I don't want the suspensions handed down until this Sunday!
They will be very competitive in the first half unless Beck picks apart that aggressive defense. They've got several uber talented players, but we have more. The Dawgs will cover late.
Todd Gurleys 100 yard Kickoff return for TD in 2014 is an alltime highlight. Would love to see dawgs special teams score a couple of TDs. Excited about Evans potential.
I am going with Ben Yurosek and Stackhouse.
My first ever in-person UGA game was the Labor Day 1982 opener between the hedges featuring the previous 2 national championship teams, Clemson and UGA. What a great matchup!
I’ll sum it up with bumper sticker being sold by a frat house on Lumpkin that day which read:
“Tech ain’t $h1t, Clemson is!”
