Don't disagree with your last statement. If you can't catch it, might as well keep on running to the track and work on baton passes.
CKS is loyal to a fault, but there is a reason for it! Big picture kind of stuff
AS11 doesn't handle failure well and when he experiences it during a game, he is so dramatic!
Once again, in this game, dropped catchable ball and broke off a route in the 2nd QT, where he was WIDE open! Stopped running on a post, that is a lack of discipline and no question it is and has been overlooked!
I am really impress with #16 Humphrey, he is the real deal!
I thought Bobo called a poor game overall. Willing to wait and see how the season turns out before I judge. Game could have been different at start if Arian catches that first perfect deep ball.
Sounds kinda like you have your mind made up - at least you have one judgement on the negative side of the page.
What kind of game do you think Josh Heupel called last night in Arkansas?
Remember one 3rd and long play, I think it was in the 3rd when the game was still pretty close, we had Cash in the backfield by himself. Come on. The play failed. To me, that is classic Bobo. I remember the play specifically because I pointed it out to my friend who had literally just asked me about why UGA fans don't like Bobo. I said he's very predictable. Then no kidding there's Cash on the field on a big play. I said to my friend "see, this is what I'm talking about. An undersized walkon RB in a single back formation on a big 3rd and long play". I honestly thought he was going to run Cash up the middle like the old days. I like Cash. He's a scrappy guy and a decent enough player. A great kill-the-clock player, but he's not a critical 3rd down guy. Where was ETN, Robinson, and Frazier? We did not have our best players on the field and had to punt.

Agree 100%!
Go Dawgs!
Great Question!
The same one he has called for 6 years!
The better question is what the DC for Arkansas, Travis Williams, showed the other teams how you beat a QB like Nico!
Hopefully you go watch Aaron Murray's break down on Nico and what Oklahoma was able to do and HOW Arkansas did it better and exploited the 1st year starter!
Why did Tennessee protect Nico against Oklahoma? QB Breakdown with Aaron
lol
No not really. I didnt like the 5 wide no back. Didn’t work kept doing it. One poor game does not a career make. Every one has a bad game. I want to see how the year goes ad we get healthy.
I’m not sure there’s anything here I disagree with. It always seemed like the original Bobo offenses had to score 50 to win back in the day. And many times, we did win! Now that said, on a series by series basis, i had plenty of frustrations, but I’m well aware I have the luxury of armchair ignorance. Monken 100% benefitted from real weapons who played their butts off and caught the football, and defenses that crushed their opponents’ will. I worry about the corrosive power of $$$ now. It seems to increase exponentially, even week to week. I don’t even know how we’ll be able to compare coaches of this era of play to the past. It’s a different beast.
Bobo has trouble reading the defenses.
I think so. It seems as if he has a script that he sticks to no matter what for the entire first half. Then he reevaluates at half time and makes adjustments.
Not counting the Tenn Tech game, UGA is 89th in the nation in 1st half scoring with 11ppg. 89TH!!! 99th in 1st quarter scoring at 3ppg. Stunning.
UGA is 6th in the nation in 2nd half scoring at19ppg.
dum
not true. The same plays we didn’t execute in first half of Alabama were executed correctly in the second half. But let’s just say you are right doesn’t he get credit for adjustments. The defense is more of a problem than the O lately. Beck had 300 yards passing in the first half against msu. Sounds like he dialed it up pretty good to me in the first half.
