I think blame is warranted all the way around, from the OLine, QB, Backs, and Receivers. Bobo too. I always get tired of Kirby letting the defense dictate his offense. That kinda comes with the defensive minded coach. Never understood why he chooses to play Kentucky in a phone booth. Spread them out across the field and run. Sooner or later the Cats are gonna win this street fight.

he is our leading rusher and missed clemson. We were always going to be a pass first team this year with Beck. Unfortunately our ol has been decimated with injuries since the first game. The screen game is an extension of the run and we’ve some success there. We’ve also had poor blocking and or missed audibles on screens too that hurt us. I always thought we would be pass heavy for the first 2.5-3 quarters this year. Build up a lead and then pound teams on the ground to end games. I think that’s the plan it just hasn’t worked out great due to the type of games we are in. We definitely should run more but the ol has to be better. But I don’t think we change philosophy this year of being pass first with how good Beck is slinging it. Especially last 2.5 games. He limits turnovers and our o will be tough to stop.
So, we entered the year or the past off-season with what some have described as one of, if not, THE "best" RB room in the SEC/nation. How badly do you think this year will affect our RB recruiting in the upcoming couple of years?
i was commenting on how not being RBU is not the worst thing. Nate Frazier was a big pull but honestly that was probably the first big RB we’ve snagged since Kendall Milton and Zach Evans in 2020.
I'm all in on criticizing Bobo when he doesn't produce, but the UGA offense has been productive of late and we have had a tough schedule to boot. We've averaged close to 400 passing yards and 500 total yards per game over the last three games. Beck has to stop giving the ball away, but if he can do that, he will be meeting the pre-season expectations imo.
ETN and Frazier are elite RBs. I wouldn't trade them for anybody. If Bobo is slinging it, then opponents are scheming to stop RBU. That's exactly what he needs to do. Let's see how he does against the #1 team in CFB at their house on Saturday. BTW, they are also the #1 ranked D for scoring D and total D. Mike has his work cut out for him.
I concur. Also, the Dawgs do need to improve the run blocking as to keep the Texas LBs guessing. GO Dawgs. 😎

Unknown - we hardly knew ye….
Time of possession. We have been #1 in the SEC the last two years (#2 in the nation last year) in TOP at around 33:30 per game. This year we are 8th in the SEC at 30:16. Doesn't seem like much, but it makes a big difference. We aren't running very well this year, so it's difficult to control the clock. This is a Bobo thing to fix.
