Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

7 inches in Bainbridge, GA! Go Dawgs!
Here, just 12 miles from the Swamp, it rained most of the night and it was cold but no snow or sleet.
Not a coincidence. It was an arctic blast from the polar vortex that reached further south due to the ever weakening polar jet stream
A new ice age? I hope it doesn't slow Gunner's 40 time too much /s
you get 9 inches of rain in one day during the winter?
opposite. It’s because the poles are warming
It's just cold 34 and sunny in Smyrna/Vinning's, Ga. no snow here. 😎
Joking, right?
My cousin in Thomasville sent pictures of his house…they got more than a dusting! My dad's from there and all the times I've been there, never have heard of it snowing. Would have loved to have been there to see it like that!
We didn't get a blizzard outside of Lawrenceville, Ga, but the snow came down and started sticking at the worst time: rush hour!
My wife works 10-15 minutes away but it took her almost 2 hours to get home…her bank branch closed at 4.
I never shoveled snow off a driveway until yesterday…she was so frazzled with the idiots on the road, I wanted her to be able to pull in the garage. Our driveway is on a fairly steep incline so I scraped the snow off, and applied some ice melt. Never used it before, but it worked like a charm and she pulled right in!
She broke down crying when she got out of the car. Whenever people complain about Atlanta drivers, I remind them that 8 out of 10 people here learned to drive somewhere else!
Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar & other geniuses' along with a couple on this thread are blaming this weather event on "climate change"🤣
First warning. Keep politics out of it….
Same warning. No politics.
Folks in the Gulf Coast area got more snow total in one day than us in the NE GA Mountains have seen in 4+ years…… total…..🤔
It's been a crazy weather spell the past year in the south, it seems.
