GS runs with good power and decent mobility. Unlike SBIV he is not particularly fast, elusive or quick. But he should be more mobile than CBeck. SBIV was probably a more dangerous runner because of his speed, agility and quickness.

@GtheGreek calling the UGA secondary "the best secondary in CFB" is the same stuff we heard last year about the OL and the front 7 on D. It's a reach.

Pretty obvious to anyone that watches CFB where the biggest unanswered questions are regarding UGA FB '25. Everyone is saying the same thing. Anonymous or not.

  • Stockton running is only going to work when the opposing defenses drop guys in coverage. Like you said he’s not fast or elusive enough. Also feel like Beck was always shortchanged for what athleticism he did have.

Gunner started out well against Texas with that QB keeper, but that was element of surprise. Then once they adjusted he couldn’t do it any more. And when he did have success he almost got knocked out of the game. He will need to slide. Same ineffectiveness in the ND game. Anyone thinking he’s a dual threat is referring to his high school highlight tape.

We have a bunch of question marks all over the defense outside of ILB. We have good name recognition in the secondary but we will be replacing two starters. One a first round pick. DL has pedigree from rankings, but not much to show for it on the field. I’ve heard good things about Hall, but he and Miller need to show me something. We are thin at EDGE also.

Talent is not the question at Georgia. We have plenty of it. Can it perform? We won’t know until they tee it up and kick it off.
