- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Atlanta's Drake Baldwin (the ROOKIE) hitting DH with 6 RBI in a 9-5 win over San Francisco!!!
GO BRAVES!!!
He needs the nickname "Rake: Baldwin because that is what he does!! 6 RBI's last night!!
Baldwin has been a bright spot this year for sure.
With two losses to the Yankees Braves can only lose 18 more games. Not gonna happen.
Sadly, I agree. Need to point the ship towards 2026.
Braves lose 9-0. Any good news? Both Ozzie and Michael Harris continue to raise their averages. Maybe there is hope for them for next year.
Sad to say, another big loss. Even Spencer Strider was not immune to the trend. Not much positive going on. Only 2 for 10 with RISP. Acuna Jr didn't even start. Sigh!!
On a positive note once football kicks off no need to switch back and forth from Braves to football.
Really no reason to watch the Braves now…so depressing. What a season!!
Curious about trade deadline, but have lost total faith in Alex since the recent shift with the ownership. Ironically, you can trace the drastic drop with AA back to this shift that occurred during or at the end of the 23 season. Coupled with back 2 back catastrophic injury seasons we are left with bottom five-like production.
Who were the owners? Who are the new owners? What do you think it is about the new ownership that is the problem? I know they are not responsible for all of these injuries.
Read somewhere about a shift with Liberty Media where they no longer have control.
To strong a corelation with the timing and the about face of the production of the team.
Thanks!!
Meanwhile…Michael Harris continues his bid to avoid being sent to the minors - 3 hits tonight including a dinger. He and Ozzie are battling it out on the comeback trail - Ozzie is 2 points behind in batting average abut about 20 points ahead in OPS. Bullpen is lights out tonight after a sub-par start by Grant Holmes.
Spoke a bit too soon. After great bullpen work, the pen gave up a run (and the lead) in the 9th and a run (and the game) in the 10th. Pitiful. Just pitiful.
