Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I DO agree with what ur saying, because we're basically minor league football until they leave for Sunday's. However, I really DO feel that continuity among a family of ELITE FB players goes a LONG WAY; and doesn't negatively effect HOW or WHO we "go after and offer." But last year how could CU NOT run Bama off the field… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
The relevant rules are. 15.02.9 Recruited Student-Athlete. For purposes of Bylaw 15, a recruited student-athlete is a student-athlete who, as a prospective student-athlete: (Adopted: 1/15/11 effective 8/1/11, Revised: 4/25/18) (a) Was provided an official visit to the institution's campus; (b) Had an arranged, in-person,… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I’m going to agree with @DawgTime92 a loss is a loss. Not sure if the comment about owning the loss was directed at me but, if it was, it shouldn’t be. I call a loss a loss when it happens. If staff invests resources on a recruit, regardless of location, and we project him in the class based on the info and we miss, imo… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I mean REALLY lol??? This is not just joking around imo; and when a kis uses the words )family, life after fb, 1 of the top public schools in the US, This kid is DWELLING on pulling the trigger!! IDC about his timeline, or what's been said in interviews. But when a HAWSE from Utah who's freakishly fast, and can probably… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Area recruiters based on established relationships. It’s like a sales territory. You call on the coaches in a geographical area, fostering, building, and most importantly leveraging relationships when you can. Occasionally, if we trail on a recruit that we really want, Kirby will tap on our aces (it was Dell and Pittman,… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Agree with both CZ and ESP here. CU recruits are unlikely to flip. I haven’t heard Bresee and UGA mentioned together since March, and that’s when it was clear we had lost. For some targets, such as Gervon Dexter, the message our staff is selling (better development, better college experience, more meaningful games) is… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Because I have no inside information or organized football experience after I was 12. Even back in the fifties you needed a doctor to sign off and my family doctor asked me if I liked walking(bad knees). Boy was it a downer after exercising all summer to get in shape. I really depend on fellow board members Jeff Sentell,… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
So as you’ve all have read, this weekend was huge in regards to recruiting. Jordan Burch-I now believe he will sign with the Dawgs. No word on timeline and not expecting him to be some who announces soon. There’s been confidence in Dawg circles since July. I would now project him in this class; no longer feel like a toss… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Georgia by Kipp Adams 71 minutes ago On Sunday, Georgia officially added commitment No. 15 back to its 2020 class when offensive lineman Devin Willock(Paramus, N.J./Paramus) went public with his commitment to Georgia. "I have been a really big Georgia fan for some time now," Willow said. "So I could not turn down that…
