Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Very nice! I still love well-crafted drinks though I can't enjoy them too often. I'm bit jealous.
yes, I meant to type Pappy’s. The local store by me sells at those higher prices. Their cost is @ $100 for the regular Pappy. They were allotted 27 bottles last year, which is more than about anyone else in town It was distributed based on how much 1792 you sold, and the 10-12 year Van Winkle worked the same way
Thanks for the price on the McKenna. The rep just quoted $34, but that’s typical to see lower prices in the liquor store than for what a bar pays.
Buffalo Trace is really good and if you like Scotch, **** Shoulder is very smooth...
Yes @Teddy I drink the Bulleit a fair amount. Price is the same as Rittenhouse. Try it if you havent already. I much prefer it to Bulleit.
at $34 bottle for the McKenna I say buy 2-3. the price is only to go up
Is your bottle a 750ml or 1liter?
Me too! Right before bedtime!
I take at least 8 naps a day now.
I beat stage 4 cancer, therefore, I drink this. If the cancer couldn't beat me...neither will this.
750ml
Two weeks ago I had three out of the four on your bar. I have a solid appreciation for Bourbon, but I'm finding it more difficult to deal with the after affects the older I get.
I just bought a bottle a few minutes ago and it was $39.99, Gonna try it out tonight....
Just thought that I would check in, loving the McKenna!!! Once the ice cubes melt about halfway = Greatness!!!
Excuse my wife's ThreeOlives.... lol
I haven't tried the Shoulder but I hear it's fantastic. $100 for Old Rip is the best price I've ever heard. I got mine for $130 but had to drive to Massachusetts to get it. In the city it's no lower than $700.

My favorite Bourbon blog on YouTube. These guys are the proprietors of the Austin Whisky School. Maybe we enjoy a DawgNation Invasion in 2028?
