Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Natonal Pralines Day

Today was a bit odd as this was the only choice of National Days at the site where I check. I'm not at all a big fan of pralines although I do love most nuts. For some reason I can't post a link to praline recipes today - not sure why, but allrecipes.com has them if you want to cook up a batch.
Hopefully tomorrow will have a more meaningful selection from which to choose.

Praline is too granularly sugary for my taste, I still support their right to have a day of their own though.
The real question is: Prawlines or Praylines?
PRAY Leans

When prepared well, they are a great showcase for Pe KAHNS
I don't know a good praline from a bad one. I do know I've tried them from good candy shops and all the ones I've had are too heavy on crystalized sugar for my taste.
I was in NOLA two weeks ago and I had incredible pralines. They are amazing.
Pee cans
I'm with @YaleDawg . I don't go out of my way to seek them out but I like a good praline. I haven't ever had them in NO but there's a place in Savannah that used to be known for them. I'm wondering if those that aren't fans have not had fresh made ones.
Praline also seems to be one of those catchall words and can refer to a "flavor".
Man. I can use a praline about now
