In the Sewell post, I described that he "shot out" after the interview because he's always in constant motion. Hard to peg down.
It was actually kind of a chore to keep him in focus and in frame because he was also moving around in the course of that 6-minute interview.
That's kind of the way he plays the game, too.
Do appreciate you visiting with us from time to time and for the kind words. Thanks for being a part of our little slice of the world here.
“I like Georgia a lot, I like the coaching staff too,” Burch told Dawgs247. ”They tell me about outside linebacker/ defensive end, I like that.”
Dawgs247 mentioned that Smith will likely name a top 5 soon with UGA in it.

I did like him best out of the speed WR options. Interesting if staff is still on him.
Have to love the chances if he’s goes deeper into the season. They’ll be talking about firing Muschamp by week 8. They’ll be 2-5 at that time. Burch will realize they’re not there yet. Lloyd will decommit and the heat on Doty will be turned up as well.
Chatter on if Lloyd decommits, he ends up back closer to home, where do folks think that may be ?
Penn State , Maryland ?
Yeah one of them. Former HS coach at Maryland so have to like their chances.
Expect Kelee Ringo to commit later today. It's my birthday, and my wife said I could have anything I wanted. I don't think she was thrilled with my response, but she's pretty reliable.
Happy Birthday
Had not heard of Arian Smith. I agree SoFl, very interesting. His 247 video showed him playing many positions, but good hands and toughness across the middle. Also, blocked a few kicks and was not called offsides either!
Yeah I like him because I trust the FL competition even though he’s playing in lower division. We’ve mentioned him here prior to the commitment from Corey Wren. Smith was one of the three speed WRs along with Wren and Henning.
With this news along with news surrounding guys like Jermaine Burton and Javon Baker, staff could be looking at a change for WR. Something seems to have changed during this dead period.
Im thinking they are going to use that “Raym” spot for the best player available- WR / LB / DL now.
I am hoping that Burton and/or Jarrett reenter the market.
Yeah I would be in the Burton camp, not concerned about him not being a 5 star. The more this cycle unfolds, the more I’m convinced this will be a full class at 25. Can’t see 6 pass catchers at 23-24.
I don’t believe anyone on offense will get processed but had staff pushed for Smith or Burton, I think both would’ve been Dawgs. We’ll see how it unfolds. Burton with Rosemy imo would be an elite WR haul.
From what I’m hearing, not likely to land Chris Thompson. Not sure if there will be more than 3 DBs. Just leaves Williams as we are really behind on Branch too in flipping him. Could also see just taking 2 CBs if they value offense this cycle. Smith gives them flexibility to pull him and figure it out later at WR/CB/S.
Feels like 25 is coming which means more attrition to current roster. Start looking at year 3 players that haven’t made an impact on ST.
