Again, just have patience on this recruitment.
First step is does he play tonight? And then how does he handle it.
Following recruiting was interesting a few months ago when there were announcements, but it's pretty boring right now. I'm just going to watch football for a while.
Keep in mind - these recruits are right in the middle of their season and are concentrating on football.
I’m with some of the others here on questioning the anger/frustration towards a kid who may or may not commit. I mean, I understand the logic behind it, we take ownership in our favorite team and if we let it, a kid doing this can seem like they are dissing OUR team. But in the grand scheme of things, we’ll be fine whether Evans or some other RB commits. If Evans commits, I’ll be rooting for him. If he goes elsewhere, I’ll still root for him until he plays us or a team that could help us if his team loses to them.
Some of the comments I’ve seen reminded me of a recent tweet where a Florida fan was taking glee in the struggles Carson Beck is having this year. Calling him trash and thankful that he chose Georgia. These same Florida fans were upset when he committed to Georgia.
With that said, let’s be better than Florida fans and trust that our coaches will field the best team possible.

Anybody else ever get in trouble as a teenager? Got a few beatings myself. Difference is mine or your mistakes don’t make national news. Everyone needs to chill and hope for the best for the young man and UGA. At the end of the day I can probably guarantee everyone on this board has a hormonal teenage moment and smarted off at a coach, teacher, or parents or made some type of mistake.

What impact would winning the Natty this year have on our 2020 recruiting class, if any? Specifically, do you think there would be some wowser last minute BPA adds or beyond legendary flip candidates?
Would not hurt. I think just getting in the playoffs again would have a similar effect. It’s always possible of a last minute wowser flip. We have a few names that will be candidates for that in Dec.
Same ones that have been on the board (e.g., Dexter) or some super secret ones you don’t want to tell us about yet?

Watching and reading about bama navigating the 25, and they’re either going to BB 3-4 people or they’ve figured out how circumvent the 25 cap. If they can do it, I’m confident Kirby has found a way as well. Just something to watch. Full class at 25 would ease a lot. Let’s see what bama does with verbals soon as it may be an indicator we can do the same.

So if you watch “The Reel: Georgia vs Notre Dame”, at the 2 minute 40 second mark, it shows ND’s first TD. On the front row is Theo Johnson sitting with Darnell Washington. TJ seems emotionally bought in. Actually seems disappointed when we gave up a TD. I’m not sure if all recruits act this way on an official visit, but I like it.
So based off this entire 5 seconds from a highlight clip, I’m predicting Theo Johnson next to commit.
