Awe heck, I never considered any GOT stuff...it's not a sword fight exactly, cause the Red Viper guy uses some sort of glaive looking thing, but in the battle between him and the big 'mountain' guy is one of the best episodes in the whole GOT series.
Spartacus and Crixus vs Theocules in season one of Spartacus
Ok so let me preface this by saying my dad had all 24 tapes of the time warner collection of North and South on VHS when I was A kid. To this day I can still quote the entire mini-series word for word. This one is my favorite for entertainment value not necessarily realism.
The one where drill instructor "Elkanah Bent sirs, of the great and sovereign state of Georgia!" Decided to pick on new cadet "Orry Main, our hothouse lilly from south carolina" not knowing his father thought every southern gentleman should have training.
I was going to say the same thing.
Do lightsaber fights count?

Final scene in Gladiator. It’s not flashy but I like it.
@TNDawg71 amen sir. The final sword fight Rob Roy’s is indeed realistic looking in my opinion. Both of the fighters are exhausted and particularly the character being portrayed by Liam Neeson, probably due in part to his blood loss, with multiple injuries sustained in the fight. The final killing blow that he gives is both epic, and it is most grotesque too.

Yoda vs Count Dooku
He was kind of a good guy in 4 rooms.
Is North and South the one with Patrick Swayze?
If you go way...waaay back to before wires and digital magic, check out Errol Flynn's movies like Captain Blood and Robin Hood. He did all his own work, all real, AKA ''in camera''.
Also!
Most folks probably haven't seen this. Some of the older star wars animations were simply amazing. The scene where Sidious (younger emperor Palpatine) shows up and takes Maul and Savage to school is amazing. This is probably my favorite "Sword fight" of all time. Yeh it's a cartoon, but I still love it.

An honorable mention. If you have never seen Mace Windo go on a rampage in the original Clone Wars movie you are in for a treat. This animation is very much more comic book style, but it's hilarious.
