I'd be willing to host in Austin! Little known fact; if you order 5 lbs. of meat or more ahead of time, you can bypass the line at Franklins and pick it up.
That said, we can indulge in alternative BBQ which, IMO, is just as good, along with other Austin favorites!
not what you usually have with Brunswick stew, but had a craving for a grill cheese sandwich. The wife was making one and I said “you the boss and that sounds great for dinner”
Jrt pb&j sandwich came up last night while playing cards. Guy told me to cook it like a grilled cheese in pan with little butter. Thought of your thread on pb&j when he told me. May give it a try
What the... RPM bro... listen, it’s friday and had a long week. Trying to enjoy my weekend. I apologize if I read that incorrectly.... cook a pb&j? I know many Americans and can’t think of one who bleeds the red, white, & blue that does that disgrace to the pb&j sandwich platform. You sir are better than this!!! Don’t let me down bro. All for trying new stuff, but excuse me for saying you don’t mess with perfection and that fellar that mentioned the nonsense should be kicked out of this god fearing country. Flipping unreal.
Lol. He said you'd never eat any other way if you tried it. Sorta ruining the easy of building a pb&j?
Yo @RPMdawg bro, I don’t want to be this guy, but you need to step back and look at who you’re breaking bread with my man. Grilled pb&j? Don’t know the cat that you mentioned but I do know and feel like you’re of a higher standard.
Grilled pb&j... dang kids today
@JRT812 this was a grown dude. I will hold off trying it until someone else on the board does. Then they can come back on and give us their take. I'm doing this for you dawg
I have a buddy who dips his PBJ in mayonnaise. Says it's the greatest thing in the world.
Yeah, I'm not trying that either.
