How to shorten baseball games....
I got to thinking (i know...not a smart thing to do) last night while watching the Bravos. What if MLB outlawed batting gloves. I think that would save about10 seconds to 15 seconds per AB for a lot ofplayers and that would add up over an entire game. It is so annoying to see players stepping out of the box to adjust their gloves after every pitch. C'mon man....

Was at the game last night and it would've been a LOT shorter if Braves' pitchers didn't keep going deep into the count and/or to 10+ pitches on the multiple Pirates hitters below the Mendoza line. Geeze that was frustrating.
I loved playing baseball back in the day, but it is unwatchable as a spectator sport.
I only find it mildly tolerable if I am at a game, the weather is perfect, and I have a beer. so really I just enjoy being outside
Ok, I’ll give you that. Padre’s games were pretty OK, mostly because the weather was always fantastic and the view is pretty awesome. Beer is a must. I don’t think I have ever watched an entire baseball game on TV my whole life.

People that played baseball and know about the game knows that players have routines for a reason, my son used to have a hitting coach that believed that if you didn’t have one he was gonna teach you one lol
I'm fine with having a routine - just do it in the batter's box.
