Yes. Safe bet CU lands him. I do feel he’s the west coast player headed East (Ringo, Flowe, Washington, Sewell) that will give pause when Urbs takes over in Dec. I think when that happens, he might very well be the prize of “Coach Integrity’s” first class.
I was running a mock USC 2020 class and it's crazy how much talent that would normally have USC under consideration that isn't even considering them. I think Flowe/Sewell/Ringo/Washington/Ricks/Wilson would all reconsider their recruitment should Urban end up in LA. If they did, Urban could get that team into the playoff in 2020. UGA/Bama, Clemson, Ohio St, then one of Tex/Oklahoma/USC. If Lincoln Riley/ Tom Herman stay in place and Urban goes to USC and does his thing I could really see the 6-8 playoff expansion taking off. Right now there isn't a CFP caliber team in the Pac-12 and it's been that way since Chip Kelly left Oregon. The 3 hour time difference doesn't help anything, but the Pac-12 network is killing that conference.
Urban will coach USC book it .
I was at a self help conference last weekend and Urban was also in attendance. We did a multitude of activities.
@BengalDawg would be happy to hear that Urban and I won the three legged race and the egg toss.
Anyway, I walked across the hot coals with no problem - not a single blister. Urban was doing great until about 1/2 way when he got a major headache and fell to the ground - except it wasn't the ground - it was a bed of hot coals.
He has a long recovery and won't be coaching any time soon.
@dgd829 If Eason performs Washington is the team. If Herbert performs and the defense continues to get better Iregin is a tough team. They could have a 1 loss champ and be in debate for a #3/#4 seed. They aren't the worst conference in my opinion anymore
Who is? 2 CFP appearances!
@dgd829
Ringo and Sewell would not back out of their pledges should they give it prior to that coaching change. Ringo loves UGA. Sewell loves the coaches at UGA. We’d be fine there.
Appearances arent the determing factor always (caise then you'd add Big 10). Being honest Pac12 has 3 legit good teams in Washington, Oregon, and Utah that can all push for a playoff spot. ACC only has Clemson, Big 12 only has Oklahoma (Texas is good but they'll lose to OU twice and some random other lose), and Big 10 will be tricky because OSU and Michigan are always iffy. SEC is the strongest but I see why people are annoyed lol
Oregon/Washington have to be 13-0 to be considered. Auburn will be a 8-4 or 7-5 team. outside of that neither team plays a decent team all year besides when they face each other. If Bama & UGA are 12-0 and Wash/Oregon are 11-1 the loser of the SECCG has a better chance than a Pac-12 11-1 team.
Agreed on the SEC because theres legit top 25 teams in the league. But I can see a one loss Washington or Oregon getting in before a lot of other one loss teams.
Yea I'm not disagreeing with that. I'm just talking a 12-1 non SEC Champ vs a 12-1 Pac-12 Champ. they both might get in, only one might get in, or they both might get left out. Regardless of what happens, the 12-1 SEC team will always finish ahead of the 12-1 Pac-12 team.
Add the fact that the nation is jaded with the regional championship game and you might be right here. All about the $. SEC champs are guaranteed entry and that’s what we’ll be, so all good.
The scenarios are endless. What if there isn't a one loss champion of either the Big10 or Big12? A one loss PAC12 would get in. I'm a sucker for chaos in these scenarios.
I will add that I don't think anybody in the PAC12 has a realistic shot against Georgia, Bama or Clemson. I could potentially throw Oklahoma in there, but I'm not 100% sold on them as elite, yet.
So who’s next to commit you guys?!
to Georgia you know...

Conley
Anyone know what the article on 247 is all about?
SVP
That he is moving his commitment date up to before the season. Originally wanted to announce in January.
Sounds like SVP is ready to go public with his commitment...
