Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

For those of you wondering about numbers I’d advise you to check out the “Mock 2020” thread.
Here is the current map of the class:
1 QB Beck
2 RB Milton/Evans
4 WR Robinson/Rosemy/Wren/?
2 TE Washington/Theo
5 OL DONE
5 DL Burch/Carter/Dexter/?/?
2 LB Sherman/Sewell
3 DB Ringo/Ricks/Kimber
= 24
K (Blue Shirt)
I know Brinson/Burroughs/Stackhouse are committed on the DL, but with the targets ahead of them, some will/might get processed. I can safely say that the names listed are guaranteed spots.
If true - Gilbert to Alabama makes securing Ringo, Ricks & Sewell all the more important.
Potentially unflattering comparison due to what happened off the field, but his route running, athleticism and (underrated) blocking ability ON the field remind me of Aaron Hernandez.
He changed it to a top 5.
@SoFL_Dawg Thanks for all the info
If you have time can you answer this question?
When you say Dexter has a spot reserved, did he ask for it to be reserved or did the staff tell him they will hold a spot for him?
All part of the game that these recruits play with fans...
Getting more CB’s for Washington and Gilbert just got a CB for Tennessee
Yes.
Yes to he asked for the reserved spot? I understand if you don't want to answer this directly. I know what I'm asking.
He has a spot reserved. He will take that spot if signing day was today.
@dgd829 I get there is a spot reserved but there is a huge difference in Dexter asking the staff to reserve a spot for him. It means a lot more then if the staff is telling dexter we will hold a spot for you.
They are/will hold a spot for him until the end. If he doesn’t come, they’ll probably save it for 2021 or get somebody else in February.
Dexter is guaranteed to be a good player on a bad team. When he arrives there will be so little talent around him he would get doubled nearly 100% of the time.
No player is a guarantee.
Smith would technically be our 2nd best WR behind Rosemy. I’m cautiously optimistic on Robinson. Staff is super high and feel like he’s a hidden gem. Wren has Smith type speed (you can’t teach that) but is so raw he would need at least 2 years minimum before contributing.
