Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Dorian is already up to Cat-4.....
It has that tell tale tight spiral and very well defined eye. These things keep rolling in and at some point one of them will be the next great disaster. Hopefully it's not this one. Pray the folks in it's path.

We are hoping it will turn right once it hits land. If it comes up the spine of the state, my lawn will get watered too good.
That would put it coming our way in southeast GA. Hope it turns sooner. I got no problem running sprinklers.
Have pine trees around the house. Them coming down on the house is what worries us.
Stay safe brother, land will heal and stuff can be replaced.
I think one of the concerns is this is slow moving like the hurricane in Houston.
Our dog “Georgia” was a rescue dog from the Houston area after that hurricane.
If it comes your way @WCDawg just don’t get a hernia hiding under your storage building.
Idk this one worries me and I don't live in florida anymore. I'm in SE Georgia and in the process of getting my roof repaired. Should be done by Tuesday but anything can happen.
Hoping this thing turns right off into the Atlantic.
I grew up in southeast GA, in Camden County. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about hurricanes in New Hampshire, but we do get some pretty nasty snow storms. For your sake, and everyone else down there, I hope it turns back out to sea.
NBC predicted it will be Cat 5 by game time tomorrow. Already think it will still be Cat 2 when it gets to Jax. Still no intention of evacuating.
THIS one has the potential for a great disaster. Almost happened in Hugo. Millions (literally) flee Fla, the roads get clogged, people start running out of gas, the storm comes right up the state, hundreds of thousands are stuck on roads riding out a major hurricane in their cars.
My rec room /former storage building has a concrete floor and I'll let the wind pick me up and set me down somewhere in NE Alabama before I go in that crawl space again any time soon.
A lot of the models, including the European model, have it completely missing FL now.
That's why I stay put. Falling trees and sitting in the middle of nowhere is higher danger than being at home. The shelters were built before my house so are not constructed as well.
Seems like it gets worse every year
edit - To piggy back on others comments, I hope everyone in the area stays safe.
Gonna guess two things...
For sure in both
