Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

An olive branch

It was obviously a pretty intense week on Dawgnation......and it shouldn't have been. This should be all about our beloved Dawgs and the greatness of college football. This should be our escape from Covid, layoffs, elections and protests. All the things that have made 2020 such a difficult year.....for all of us.

I apologize for the role I played in the arguments that happened this week on Dawgnation.

It's become obvious that I don't always agree with @SoFL_Dawg and some of the opinions he shares on Dawgnation.....but I also know that many.....including @SoFL_Dawg....don't agree with many of my opinions shared on Dawgnation.

However, I do want to be clear that I very much respect his football knowledge and that I agree with his takes much more often than I disagree...and like many on here.....I'm extremely grateful for the info he brings. This board benefits greatly from everything he brings.

So.....like so many others have expressed....I sincerely hope @SoFL_Dawg continues to contribute to Dawgnation. And I'll do my part to make Dawgnation a fun place for all of us to visit.

Go Dawgs
