Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Well done. Congratulations but bittersweet I’m sure
Greater is an awesome movie. My son visited Arkansas a couple weeks ago. Coach Pittman is the real deal.
Do I smell a Justin Fields’s sister softball player situation all over again?
It could be the exact situation except my kids are significantly less athletic than the Fields.

Congrats Tex!! You are blessed!
Thank you. And yes. I am blessed.
Hey Tex…I get it and you truly are blessed. Today I finished moving our oldest to downtown Austin to start at UT Law, on the 20th I take my next oldest to Baylor to start his junior year, August 23rd I’ll take my daughter to Webber International in Florida where she’ll be playing lacrosse and beginning her college journey, and finally on September 3rd I’ll drop her twin brother off at Grand Canyon University to start his pursuit of a masters in divinity. It is bittersweet and difficult; seems like just yesterday I was coaching all of them in some sport or another and they were completely dependent on their mother and me. But to see them pursue their own passions and become the young adults they are destined to be is a blessing and a privilege, and something I know you and Mrs. Tex are going to enjoy as much as raising them. So be sad and shed a tear, as time waits for no one, but then be excited about the next chapters; they’re as joyful as you can imagine! Congrats and best of luck to your daughter…I’m confident she’s going to do great things!
With a dad so invested in her life she's bound to do great!
Thank You
Thank you
I would wager my account at Dawgnation that you did not graduate from UGA. Georgia graduates do not use commas the way you use commas.
And congratulations to you and your family! Best wishes for all your family going forward!
Thank you!
Congrats brother, I'm in the same boat. My daughter leaves for UGA this Thursday. Unbelievable.
