Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

It was at this exact moment that I KNEW we were winning the WS. I'm not sure if that ball has even landed yet. I've watched this clip almost as many times as I have watched Ringo's pick six play to beat Bama.
Agreed. The ferocity of that homer was something to see. Stole a little of the Astros manhood right there and it was basically over.

Not sure what happened to the above post, but I was saying these young Braves are pretty demonstrative compared to those Braves of the 90's and turn of the century guys.
Y’all think Chris Sale had a strong core? Probably did core work at least three times a week right? Lmao
many people are saying the training regimen for the Braves is the worst in baseball. Some AAA teams have better programs.
Many people might not know what they are talking about.
unpossible. Many people saying things haven’t been wrong in over ten years
Does anyone on this forum actually know what the Braves' conditioning program is? I'd like to see it before I condemn it.
how can you go against what many people are saying?!?
John Rocker, a really horrible human being, once referred to Randall Simon as a "Fat Monkiy". Randall was from Curacao just like Andruw Jones. Hence Andruw Jones destroying cheeseburgers etc. and all the "brown" players are fat and eating McDonalds.
If you are looking for anything deeper than that you aren't going to find it.
It's not that hard, really.
Officially: "the 2025 season, the Atlanta Braves are focusing on injury prevention and implementing innovative training methods to keep players in top shape. Their conditioning program includes a mix of traditional strength training and cutting-edge techniques, with an emphasis on functional training that mimics game movements". This is as consistent that I could find. It doesn't say what the frequency is days, duration, etc. 😎
thanks.
OH my gosh…. our beloved Atlanta Braves.
Well, it just really S-U-C-K-S when they lose. I especially H-A-T-E it whenever they get shut out!!! I DESPISE it when they lose to the freaking NY METS!!! Turning the page now to focus on today…. BEAT PHILLY!!! GO BRAVES!!!!
GO BRAVES!!!!
