Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: 3 takeaways from Georgia football’s prominent presence in Super Bowl LVI
Just say CLUTCH 3 straight weeks, with what I think is an injury in his shoulder, rotator cuff or somewhere. First, anyone not respecting and acknowledging the incredible job Stafford did for the Rams in the Super Bowl are just haters I think because they cannot be that ignorant, since he had NO running game and only 1… -
Re: Every Georgia football fan had the same reaction after Michigan wins Joe Moore Award
Your stats are flat-out wrong, @thadec. First of all, UGA averaged 5.5 yards per run, while Michigan averaged 5.6. In other words, very close. The Spartans' very talented two main RBs did averaged 5.9 and 7.2 respectively. So just tells us that the Michigan OL didn't do so well helping out backs who weren't Heisman… -
Re: TCU leading rusher Kendre Miller ‘questionable’ for National Championship Game against Georgia
@jdatl3 Yes, it was bad. Really, REALLY bad. I just finished watching the game for the 3rd time this morning, and just in the second half alone, every time Stroud escaped the pocket and ran and they showed a replay of it between plays, you could see an OSU lineman with arms extended and a handful of Jersey in one or both… -
Re: Georgia report card: Ferocious defense makes offense academic in win over Florida
I'd agree with the grades and continue to emphasize a few key points in my mind (these points come from an 'elite' team perspective and the thoughts of playing for a Championship): Our offense has got to consistently do better - no matter who we are playing. Our defense has mostly been the reason we have been so successful… -
Re: Buying or selling Georgia football issues: George Pickens makes the list
This is what I'm buying for the 2021 season: #1.) The Special Teams Units - Cochran and Company should be primed for an excellent season with Pod, JC, and a host of athletic players ready to contribute on their coverage and return units... #2.) The DL and front bringing the pain - Idk if UGA has EVER had this much talent… -
Re: Youth Coaches. What's the funniest thing you have seen on the field?
Must share this story from 2010: When we lived in Kazakhstan, my wife ran an after-school program in a rough neighborhood for at-risk kids. Every summer we held an English-language day camp. I usually ran the outdoor sports & games. The kids LOVED American football, whiffle ball and other games like "steal the bacon." But… -
Re: Georgia football podcast: The mood around the UGA-Ohio State game is shifting
A large contingent of Ohio State fans will say that the jury is out on Ryan Day as head coach. Here are the reasons why: 1. There's a lack of A-Gap power running plays. The formula to beat the Alabama's and Georgia's in college football is having the ability to run A-GAP power to wear those LB's down. Under Ryan Day, Ohio… -
Re: Fan Feedback: DawgNation says the jury is still out for QB1
While we all love to see a QB with a big arm completing 20+yrd explosive passes - it's not top priority or a big necessity we need to win. What we need is a calm, composed, decisive and accurate short to mid-range passer who can consistently find ways to get the ball to our most skilled/talented guys to where we are… -
Re: Reminder: Humble Ourselves
I do not go onto anything anywhere else on the internet AT ALL of ANY of the other SEC fan-bases... this list includes: SEC East: 1. Florida (we know that they simply S U C K, they always have, and they always will. PERIOD.) 2. Kentucky (we know that they have always S U C K E D so bad they cannot beat even Flori-duh!!!)… -
Re: Georgia football world reacts to AD Mitchell transfer decision
Again, focusing only on Burton when UGA actually lost 3 WRs to the portal last season. Trying their best to refuse to see the forest for the trees. @SmartsTheMan A "historic three-peat" won't mean a thing to the NFL draft. What matters to the NFL draft is lots of tape of making the types of plays against college defenses…
