One thing that we have going for us as far as perception goes is that the JJ news came out Friday afternoon...Idk if it was a newsdump or just coincidence but there's a reason bad news comes out on fridays in all walks of life.

Ol Finebaum tried to make a big deal out of it on Friday and while I get Connor going on there for the news, Tony "I don't claim to be a UGA fan unless someone wants me to be one" Barnhart did a great job of telling Pawl how "the Dawg fans are feelin". Apparently we're just waiting for the other shoe to drop now..good to know..lol.

BTW, did y'all get a survey or questionaire from Barnhart? He must have really been gatherin up that info and making spreadsheets to be able to tell Paul how all of Dawgnation was feeling so quickly...

So with the AO decommitment where does staff stand in terms of Paris Johnson pursuit?

Paris was in Columbus this weekend. I think he sticks there unless they have difficult season

@jmarlin - we all get it. Following recruiting can be a somewhat stressful or impatient process.

But keep in mind the best class that UGA has ever signed and one of the best classes in CFB  history, 2018, came together very late.

I for one wish these recruiting classes came together much later. More time to evaluate kids.

@SoFL_Dawg Well said...one of your best posts to date honestly. I think that is the perspective everyone should adopt to the situation.

I was happy to see the quick dismissal. If JJ were at FSU, the report would have been buried until he was a second-year pro.

Which is why we called them the Criminoles growing up around T'ville.

Mullen and UF as well. He outright said that beating women and DV wasn’t a black and white issue just this spring. The guy did coach two murders though so we all know he’s a good judge of character....

You caught me.  I specifically had him in mind when I wrote my final statement.  They’re suffering for it now because it’s evident how flawed their culture has been for so long.

Any thought about EJ Smith being in this class as the 2nd back? He did just put the Dawgs in his top 5, but he is a Florida legacy so it might just be a troll.
