Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

When does the dead period end? Or is this a season long time frame?
The dead period ended around August 31st I believe. It's now a "quiet period" where coaches cannot visit athletes at their home or school. They can text/call them, or see them on the Universities' campus but that's it.
Wait...you hear @SoFL_Dawg voice?
Coaches CAN check out the athletes at their schools for games. It is an evaluation/quiet period.
They just can't have contact with said athletes except on their colleges campus. They can visit with his coaches and counselors at the high school campus and at games to determine academic qualifications and scholarship worthiness.
That calendar is like the remote that keeps getting lost. I've been looking everywhere for it.
Randy Moss talking about George Pickens on Monday Night Football
Hasselbeck at the end starts talking about Hazelhurst? Does he mean Hazelwood?
He likes a city in Jeff Davis County, Georgia.
Evans next to commit.
I was born in Hazlehurst.
I'm with ya on Evans next to commit.
Homecoming, should be a good showing
I ate at a steakhouse in Hazelhurst back in the 90s. Benton Lees. Awesome steak. Nice view of the river.
Ringo would approve and next to commit.
@DamnYankeeDawg Benton Lees is actually in Cedar Crossing but you probably blinked when you went through there. Not near as good as it used to be since it was sold. Steaks there were always huge 18 ounces was the medium size . Rays in Graham is now better.
Next to commit, Z . Walker who I’m hearing is possibly a twitchy three technique as big as he already is.
Something drastic would have to happen for Chaney not to go to the U. He’s as firm there as they come.
Do we get a commit before Notre Dame?
