Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Could be, Warren was also a Scar homer at one time to so take it for what its worth.
@JeffSentell Dropped this name yesterday i believe as a DB name to know
Who do we take first Conley or manning?
We are hungry, ravenous even for a commitment. Everyone on this board has already started turning each other, if Kirby don’t let one of them silent drop soon it’s going to look like the Donner party in here.
This is more or less in reply to the question about recruit family's hotel rooms. I am not sure about the rule but when Georgia was recruiting Daniel Faalele they brought his family over from Australia.
That was for an Official visit where they can pay for the trip.
I know everyone wants Sewell, and rightfully so. He is a freak unlike any other, and I know we feel really good about where we stand with him.
But where do we go if we miss on Sewell? Whitehead? He seems to be flying up the player rankings, and I hate it when top 100 players go out of state.
I was told previously it’s Sewell or bust, meaning he is the only target for ILB. Highly unlikely we miss here but if we do, that spot goes to BPA. Whitehead did not meet the athletic criteria set by staff previously, doubtful he’s in this class.
40 time was miss reported early on when he was still a RB prospect, if i recall right.
Correct. Initially reported he ran a 4.5 at opening regional and earned an offer that day. When he worked out for staff he ran a ~4.8. Maybe hit the 4.7s. That room is too deep for him to challenge the two deep in 24 months. Great kid though. He’ll land on his feet and may even make a play or two against us one day.
@SoFL_Dawg if ricks doesn’t want in, who do you think the 3rd Db will be?? Any chance we take 2 and go for a BPA and take all 3 of Dexter, Burch, and Walker??
Not going to have 6 DL in one class. Too heavy at one position. New names are emerging on DB. I don’t have details on guys Jeff has dropped recently, too new for me. Only taking 2 DBs places us at disadvantage too. Don’t write Ricks off yet either. We just need to get him on campus and it could turn quickly.
Jake Reuse from rivals podcast thinks Z Walker next to commit
Have these components really changed?
I thought CKS made an interesting comment in yesterday's press conference where he talked about his brain being locked into football 98% of the time in comparison to 18-21 year olds at about 5-10%. My point is, psychology has always been part of a coaches tool box when you're trying to motivate young men to put in the effort required to be excellent.
A long time ago, I read an article or interview with a coach and he was asked how much he would like to listen to the Bear share his knowledge on running the wishbone.
He responded with something to the effect that he wouldn't walk across the street to listen to Bryant talk about the wishbone offense.
But he would crawl on his hands and knees from there to Tuscaloosa to hear Bryant tell how he motivates his players.
