Does he have a player comp? Seems a blend of Swift and Sony. Great balance and vision, good speed, not afraid to lower his shoulder
Landing Don Chaney Jr or Zack Evans has got to be the most important piece left for this class. Even more important than Milton. We don't have a true lightning back that will be on roster in 2020 ATM. Cook is more of a scat back than a traditional RB. Not to say he can't put on some weight and show us that this year, but ATM landing the commitment of either Don Chaney Jr or Zach Evans HAS to be staffs top priority in recruiting.
I agree it’s up there. Glad Dell is on it, with the Great Wall of Georgia it’s make getting one or the other a real possibility
Give me two of these 5 and its a great RB class (order of want too):
K Milton
Z Evans
D Chaney Jr
———
M Lloyd
T Bigsby
@dgd829. We’re going to get a second back to pair with Milton but Milton is the top priority. Also important to note that if Tank Bigsby has a elite camp at opening finals, we might get the nod too. Milton will get to see all of these guys first hand and will be able to give staff his perspective.
His last OV was to Alabama Weds-Fri so he is done unless he uses the 5th for a non-top 4 finalist.
Love the Corey Wren pick up! Can't teach SPEED! gonna be a great gunner and return option in 20/21. He will be a great addition to the sweep game where we line up with 2 A backs and hand off to the field side. It'll take him at least 2 years to crack that LOADED WR room though, but once he does he'll turn into a 2-3 round pick with the way the NFL is headed. shoot a 5'9" QB went #1 overall.
ive been busy lately. Are we out on it with Evans?
I shared with a few previously that I didn’t believe Evans had really cut off TX, and this week he visited both schools. I’m hearing the plan is to have this locked down by Oct. and Evans may not be ready to shut it down by then.
Chaney is next major target to pair with Milton.
Don Chaney Jr. looks as good as anyone according to the limited footage I've been able to view. I'd be extremely happy if he decides to join our class. Also, if for some reason its him over Evans, I wouldn't be disappointed at all. I'd love to keep that Miami area pipeline going.
Also - is the RB recruitment expected to extend to NSD, or does the staff think they can lock it up before season start?
