Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Owen Pappoe actually brought me here.
I remember there was a buzz period where it sounded like Clemson was in the driver’s seat, but not a lot of info was being released on our side. I knew UGA was a threat, so I came looking for a place to see if there was anything valuable being said from another perspective, and I found Jeff and DawgNation, and I loved the passion over here, even if it was for a team I didn’t have ties to.
Still hate OP ended up at Auburn, though lol
Completely agree. He has far too many connections with UGA track for that to not be a factor
Lol, I believe the OP saga was happening about the same time I joined the board as well. Regardless, appreciate your posts, I look forward to them almost as much as I do @SoFL_Dawg and @JeffSentell .
Put Dabo in touch with @Denmen185 , he'll sort it out for you guys
Haha, love it.
I don’t know if Dabo has ever heard the term “blue shirt”
Word is Mullen can't get any blue shirts to commit either 🤣🤣
On a more serious note, I wonder if Preston Rice would be a good transfer candidate come summer 2020 when he could blue shirt. He certainly made some good throws in the first quarter before his O line fell foul of UGA's superior DL depth and S&C. I was concerned with Mailman as back-up in 2019 and 2020.
Wondering if Beck will be ready to start right away... if Fromm leaves early (God forbid)
Hopefully Dwan recovers... And Fromm comes back. I'd love to see Beck get a year in the system before him and Mathis duke it out.
I think we would be a prime candidate for a top transfer. If Fromm leaves, my prediction is our starter is someone not currently on the roster or a recruit.
Beck vs Mathis vs Williams. (If Fromm returns).
My money is on Williams
Williams is 2021 though
It's worked well for OU so far.
Right ... because Beck is 2020 and if Fromm comes back the. You have Mathis (2 yrs in program), Beck (1yr In) and Williams (true freshman).
Speculation is that he may be a highly rated draft pick is my only concern. I hope I’m wrong, but we are not prepared for his departure...
