Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Got one to LSU
@SoFL_Dawg So Burch did make it to town? Many sisters are reporting that he didn’t make it in.
Jeff Said yes
Congratulations! When’s the big date?
😂 it’s more of a “it’s complicated “ Facebook status
Washington up to 83% UGA now
regarding Jordan Burch: Did not make it into town. Got that from a source that I will no longer term "reliable" given that status.
That said, I think things will still be okay there.
Every kid is different but most Top 50 prospects in the country that are QBs don’t want to wait two years.
With Fields, it was never necessarily that he didn’t start his Freshman year, it was that after the way he was used and not given more time and playbook in the game, he saw the writing on the wall and made a business decision - which obviously proved to be the correct one as he is averaging 5 TDs per game at Ohio State.
You are taking two totally different situations and making assumptions because you like Fromm - you have no clue if he would have sat behind Eason for two years or even one year.
Fromm needs to worry less about the NFL CBA and more about what NFL Scouts think about him and where they need to see improvement.
Right now, Fromm is one of those great college QBs that won’t make a successful transition to NFL. He is not making all the NFL throws.
yea he's only completing 75% of his throws with no picks.
I need to see him look more like Trevor Lawrence with 62% completions and 7:5 TD:INT ratio
Washington next to Commit
The Notre Dame game I think made him more money. He was spot on and made some very strong throws on clutch situations. He is stronger this year than he has been in the past.
Aside from that, I'm sure he isn't throwing the ball 24/7. So, he has plenty of time to think business and to say otherwise is absolutely foolish and lessens the merit of your tort.
I honestly can't think of a throw he didn't make so far this season, even the incompletions in the end zone this week. Great accuracy, the back shoulder throw is THE NFL throw and he's an expert.
Unfortunately the NFL doesn’t tend to draft “smart” players at QB anymore unless they are 6’5” 230 and can throw it 100yds in the air. Unfortunately Fromm only ticks 2 of the 4 NFL “requirements” for a top pick QB. He’s smart and accurate. He isn’t as mobile as a top QB would be the last few years nor does he have a strong arm to make throws over the middle. He just doesn’t thread the needle like they all want (although he doesn’t need to to win).
He isn't mobile. That is correct.
But he absolutely has the arm strength. Arm strength isn't judged by throws over the middle. Any competent HS QB can make the throws up the middle. Arm strength is judged on throwing the outs - and Fromm is very good at throwing the outs.
The arm strength argument is a narrative that got started a couple of years ago and just isn't correct.
Fromm may or may not be a good NFL QB - but it won't be because of arm strength.
Fromm doesn't need to be mobile if he can make throws like this
