Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Big. If true.
If that happens, it could very well change the outlook for the 2020 class.
Maybe even the horizon of the entire UGA program. Especially that last part.
I'm so glad someone finally understands what I've been trying to say for years.
Howdy Jeff,
I appreciate you taking the time to let me join this fine group. I tried bein a regular on the mornin show via YouTube with BA each mornin. But health issues crept in bout this time last year an by Christmas I was bound for the OR and heart surgery. Then the fun of multiple blood clots followed over the next couple months.
Thanks to the steady hand of my surgeon an many kind thoughts by several members of DN Daily helped me get through it all!
I had the awesome pleasure of bein stationed at MCAS Cherry Pt in the Marine Corps. (83-88) I grew up in NorCal but developed a deep, deep love of the South and SEC football. Especially UGA football!!
I look forward to being part of the forum and seeing you and BA next August at the Kroger Kickoff festivities!
New member here. I grew up in Ohio, went to Ohio State, joined the Marine Corps while going to school there and wound up in S.W. Georgia as per the USMC. Been here ever since. As you can tell by my screen name I am an Ohio State fan and in love with the QB we got FROMM yall. I have been living in Georgia for the past 20 years. My Daughter was born in Georgia so I have come to follow the Bulldogs as well. Always root for them UNLESS they play my Bucks. Anyways...……...Cheers! Hoping we meet in the playoffs.
Right place to ask a question? If I have previously commented in a thread, I get a note about "this will post when approved," and it never appears. It's hard to engage conversationally.
Old lady using that salty language again, eh? 😀 (jk, sorry- can't help you, hopefully one of the mods will see your post and alert tech support or recall a solution from prior/similar occurrences.)
I know there was a glitch in the system back in August 2018. Seemed to affect many at the time. Not sure what the problem was then, but seemed to have been corrected. Many PM'd @SavageDawg17 who apparently helped them correct the issue. You might try the same.
OK. I'm here. I was a DAWG fan before Herschel. I remember Willie McClendon running the ball. Larry Munson is the greatest announcer in CFB history. "Look at that sumbitch run!" Yes, I heard Munson say it on the radio, so it HAS to be OK to say it here.
@JeffSentell I've been listening to your Podcast for a long time. I've been a member on many different national CFB message boards for 10 years now. I like what you do and how you do it. I don't mean to poke the bear, but you are my type of UGA fan. While you wear the RedNBlack proudly, you don't let those glasses blind you. You, sir, speak truth. Even when it's painful.
Many times I've listened to the Podcast, and I've thought of questions that could make for an interesting conversation. Example: Today you discussed Prince Colley. I really enjoyed your take that he has the potential to be a leader on the field. Dude is just a fine young man and a very talented and intelligent athlete. I think he has the potential to be "Champ Bailey-esque".
Anyway, I'm happy that I jumped in here and I do hope that I can add a little bit to your forum.
GO DAWGS!
Welcome. Go Dawgs
How many posts do I have to make before I can join in on the regular football forum? I wrote a pretty long post in the Jared Zirkel thread just to find out that I didn't have "permission" to post it. I get it. I've been on CFB forums for a long time. Just curious.
You should be good now
Welcome @OldDevilDAWG and hope you stick around! The mods can be busy so best to quote them or “@“ them so they see it. @ghostofuga1 or @Kasey or @dawgnms can probably help you with your question.
Thanks, guys. I practically wrote an article about UGA kickers over the years. Starting with the first one I remember, Rex Robinson. Then when I hit "post", I really got kinda bent. My bad. I'll go back over there and try to recreate that masterpiece. It won't be worded the same but with luck, it will be as good as what I was trying to post earlier.
Keep in mind there’s a character limit too so if it’s too long you might need to break it up into two parts
Keep trying brother. May take a while to figure out the format, but we're here to help when we can.
