Good people,

We've seen a lot of new members flurry in over the last week. You guys must be on to something.

-- Let's have fun first and foremost
-- What we're aiming for is fun and engaging banter. Mature. Professional. Smart.
-- Don't act like you were raised in (insert the city your most hated SEC rival calls home here.)
-- If you're a new recruit, you better live up to the classes that program has signed of late

We're trying to build a better mousetrap here when it comes to the message board land. Think a better Death Star. But without that lame thermal exhaust port fatal flaw built-in nonsense.

Let me know what you want to see. What do you like? What do you not like? More of this or less of that? Feel free to let us know below.

Just wanted to share something from one of our new members. This was what they shared when they applied: When I was born my dad played Glory, Glory to ole Georgia in the delivery room just to let me know what was expected.

That's a pretty good one. Now everyone play nice. Or as nice as you can among those of like minds and the pop-in haters and trolls.

Now go out and explore. Have some fun. Like these guys.

I’m a new member, but have been lurking for quite some time. Didn’t attend UGA, just started watching them as a teenager in the mid 90’s and have been following them since. I enjoy the discussion here and especially the game day threads, it’s fun to discuss the game with other Dawg fans. The weekly Falcons thread with @kelly_b, @WCDawg, and others has been fun as well (it keeps the Dawgs’ concerns in perspective).

    Go Dawgs!

I used to be on here more often, but for awhile I began to think until we stop playing not to lose instead of aggressively trying to bully everybody we play; we wouldn't reach our potential to get that natty we want so bad. But if CJC calls the game he called last night, we CAN be the best team in the country. Especially when these pups become more accustomed to the SEC and our scheme in particular. Great to see the points of view from my DAWGS brethren again!

Jeff, I am a long time forum lurker in many different aspects of my life. What I can say as an area for improvement is the possibility of better flow of the forum in the future. Many other forums have breakdowns of categories such as: breaking news, Football, recruiting, baseball, basketball, classifieds, etc.

Yeah, you guys seem to be promoting the forum at least here and there. I’ve never seen a really big forum be any good, But, it’ll be interesting to see what you guys make of it.

Don't we have that on this forum with slightly different categories?

There are already categories for: General: Football; Commit to the G (Recruiting) for our forum.

What specifically would everyone like to see? Basketball? What else?

Hey, Jeff! Love the Intel. We know Mr. Haselwood is looking for a team to put him in the League. We know the QBs Jim Chaney has mentored. How many and which WRs has Chaney (and his QBs) put in the League? Go Dawgs!

    Fun like these guys.

This is by far the greatest picture I've ever seen posted on this forum.

I feel like our friend #51 on the left is Mike defending a piece on QB controversy and #3 is BA saying, "BUT NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT RECRUITING"

Jeff, I want one of those old G8R H8R shirts. Tried to get one last year and they sold out before I could hit the submit button! What do I need to do or where can I find one now? I’ve looked everywhere and I don’t even see a DawgNation shop anymore. Hook me up! Me and BA have the same first name. Us killer B’s gotta stick together and H8 on some G8R’s. B)

Lots of great Dawg fans in ol’ Jiangsu province, @JeffSentell. You’re really missing an opportunity! 😂😂😂

Throwing my hat into the ring.

I'll make some mistakes along the way, but there's no stopping me on my way to the Dawgnation hall of fame.

I hope so, @christopherules - but w/out all rules violations we saw when you-know-who was at the helm.

I wish you would create a place on DawgNation where the DN writers could be contacted more easily. Or maybe that would cause overload for you guys?

Hey man! The forum actually works pretty well for that. Just tag who you're looking for in a post. They listen pretty well.

Thank you... Been wanting to ask Jeff Sentell about a specific recruit but don't know how to contact him without being off topic.

@andrews1253 Do it just like I just did you, except do @JeffSentell

And if you can drop it in one of his recruiting threads, that wouldn't hurt chances he'd see it either
