Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Comments

George Michael
George Strait
Willie Nelson
Bonnie Raitt

kinda wild that era had Garth Brooks, Nirvana, and Tupac
I was young in the early 90’ so my taste in music wasn’t fully mature yet but I remember liking……
Blind Melon, Nirvana, REM, Strait, Randy Travis, Travis Tritt to name a few.
Edit: Yale reminded me I liked Tupac among other rap groups also
Bob Dylan… before, after and always!
John Denver
John Prine
James Taylor/Carole King
Heart
I could easily switch my list to yours and be totally happy. King's Tapestry might be the most perfect album ever. Not sure how I forgot Dylan - I guess I was thinking of him more in the 60's and 70's. John Prine - incredible songsmith. Never got into Heart so I guess I don't know if I'd be totally happy with your list. I might.
Tesla
Rush
Mr Big
Lynch mob
Boston
Rush
Red Hot Chili Peppers
U2
Aerosmith
And just for a change of pace - Journey
Pearl Jam
Counting Crows
Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers
Weird Al Yankovic
Beach Boys
Heart’s Magic Man was the greatest dance song ever! Crazy on you, Barracuda , Dreamboat Annie, Dog and Butterfly… all classics.
Ann Wilson’s voice is as powerful as Linda Ronstadt’s but more of a rock sound. Every time I hear them on the radio, I go back to a perfect place.
That’s what music does I guess.
I also would’ve/ should’ve added Billy Joel but that dang five artist limit LOL!
First time I saw Billy Joel in concert , he was the lead in band to The Beach Boys….can you believe that!?
Your list rocks as well! Love Willie and BB King
Saw Willie in Chastain Park in Atlanta and he sang for two and a half hours straight….just one song after another!
Greatest concert I ever saw!
My favorite BB King album is Riding With The King , the one where he is joined by Eric Clapton …Priceless!
Metallica
GNR
SRV
Van Halen
Queensryche
U2
Journey
Michael Jackson
George Strait
Garth Brooks
So, I’m reading some of these answers. I am confused. Did you mean bands that Released their first albums From 1985-1995 or people currently aged 85-95 years?
Would have picked Boston for 75 to 85 no doubt along with Eagles, Steve Miller Band, Stevie Wonder & Earth, Wind & Fire.
